I rented this vacation home with my extended family and it was everyone's first rental home experience (we usually stay in hotels) and needless to say, we were very nervous. However, the home was perfect for our family vacation, we all had a fabulous time and it went way beyond our expectations. The pictures do not do the home any justice. We plan to book with these owners for all our Orlando trips!

1. Home cleanliness:
Nothing that hasn't been said before, the home was spotless, huge, very beautifully decorated and well equipped. The king sized beds were so comfy, and the kids loved the games room and the Playstation

2. Amenities:
There were towels, beach towels, kitchen ware, coffee pots, family sized griddles, pizza pants, etc. We had so much fun eating family dinners at home.

3. Pool area:
Private pool with a privacy fence, state of the art BBQ grill. We spent many nights in the backyard just hanging out. Many great memories were made.

4. Safety:
This is a gated resort 24/7 which is important to us because we want to make sure it's safe. The location is awesome, only 5-10 mins from Disney and 5 minutes from Target where we did a ton of food shopping...nothing like stocking a fridge up with food for the hungry kids.

5. Communication:
We were in touch with April who is so responsive and made the entire process very easy.

We have already recommended this home to our other friends, and I have convinced them to come here next year with us.
