My family and I spent the day at the county fair in Kissimmee Florida. It is called the Osceola Fair and such a wonderful fair. This year is the 70th anniversary of the fair, This was our first time there and we will return again. Cost is $5,00, seniors and children $3.00 and parking is free. There is an abundance of food at a reasonable price. There are free shows such as pig racing, demolition derby, rodeo, music acts, cooking contests, magic acts, dog shows, crafts with prizes, 4H exhibits, kiddie rides and Strates Carnival plus so much more. There is so much to do for everyone. The day flew by and it was a nice day for all of us. It is handicapped friendly and has paved areas for comfortable walking. There is a full building with every type of arts and crafts possible, animal judging with ribbons and prizes for best of show. If you want to spend some time out doors and see a part of the real Florida this is the place to go, The show will be running for another week. A must do.
