This place is beautiful and huge. My family LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!

15 min drive to Disney. 15-20 min to Universal. Clean. Very close to a WalMart, restaurants, and shopping. Parking is included in your resort fee. Beds are super comfy. If you have a pet, you will be at the back of the complex, but this is understandable. The units are still beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained.

We had an issue with the room safe WHICH WAS OUR FAULT, but we called for maintenance. They arrived in TWO minutes. No extra fee was charged for this.

We were charged the following additional fees per night:
bed tax = $5.04
Resort fee = 12.00

(pet fee is $20/night per pet. Trip advisor and other sites state that there is a $100 max fee, but this is not true.)
You will also be charged lodging sales tax.

We stayed here as a family with two young children. The 3 bedroom apartment had good sized bedrooms with 2 bedrooms upstairs was good when children needed to go to bed as we could sit downstairs & watch TV. Everything was lovely and clean plenty of towels needed more cups, plates &dishes in kitchen was good to have dishwasher.Got more cups when we asked and other small problems soon sorted. We had an end villa as they call them so we only had people on one side which was good because they are not soundproof and can be quiet noisey upstairs with bathrooms & toilets flushing late at night. The complex is well looked after car always checked when coming in at night.Plenty of places to eat nearby and supermarket next door.

Room Tip: villas at back of complex are quieter more parking spaces ask for an end villa.

I have never stayed at a Best Western and agreed to do so with my son's wrestling team. It was pleasant and clean. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. We asked for extra towels and sheets and never got them. I think it is a good place for families visiting the theme parks.

The villa was large and clean. The family LOVED it. However there was a roach in our bathtub. It is Florida but I don't like bugs!!! If we went back I am not sure if we would stay there again, but it would be tempting because everything else was great.

Stayed here just one night before flying home after a cruise. Check in was a breeze and the apartment was really nice. Will definitely stay again on future trips to Florida. Location is good too for the parks and restaurants. Only thing missing was a washer dryer in the room but that's only a minor issue.

We have stayed in many Best Westerns the last few years and have always found them comfortable. This is not a bad place, but not as good as some reviews on this website would make it out to be. They first put us in a villa that had 3 issues; phones didn't work, ceiling fan in master was so off balance no one could have slept with it on, and the screen door to the sliding glass door was laying down on the "patio". They put us in another unit and room seemed fine at first, 1 king and 2 doubles, 2 full baths with 1 bathtub/shower upstairs and 1 shower only down. The safe was either broken or locked so we never used it, we just hid things. Upstairs bathroom had odd door arrangement, we never closed one of 3 doors in tiny space. Rusty hinges that had been painted over in the bathroom looked tacky and needed to just be replaced, it's one of those things you expect in a "premier" level resort. Also both bathrooms had broken toilet seats they had tried to repair with caulk, really!?! Just replace them!!! The seats slid around, again it looks very bad at this level of resort and someone could slip off, get hurt, etc. Window in 1st floor bathroom had dead moth in it andt here were cob webs in living area. We chose not to move again to save time and just dealt with these things ourselves. Beds were ok but we have had more comfortable mattresses in other Best Western Plus and Premiers in California, Wyoming and Montana last year.

Towels were always pretty plentiful, but they were not good quality and always stained. Again not "premier". There were never more than 3 washcloths total (usually 1 in one and 2 in other bathroom) just barely enough for us, if you had 6 people staying as they state this 2 bedroom can accomidate it definately could be an ongoing issue.

Housekeeping did an ok job at first, but we started to notice less and less was being done the longer we stayed. Small things such as they didn't clean floors while we were there, this could be a problem if a family is messy, but we just did it ourselves. On 2 seperate days they didn't come at all! The first time we came back at 5 and it hadn't been done so we stopped by the office and they had someone come while we went to dinner. Came back and thought they did it all but when we went to bed they only did the first floor, but not the bedrooms or bath on 2nd floor, luckily we had enough towels, but barely enough wash cloths for the next day! The next time we came back about 4 or so and we just dealt with it ourselves without going to the office. Again we had just enough towels and wash cloths for the next day. Housekeeping never replaced the tissues that ran out in the upstairs bathroom so we had to go get the ones in the downstairs bath. We had to use a handtowel in the kitchen area the first day and night, the next day housekeeping place a dishtowel in the kitchen. It was not replaced until next to last stay! We bought papertowels at store when we bought groceriers, so we used them. Sponge was bad so we bought a new one at store also.

Overall, the space of the rooms and quiet location were a plus, but there were a lot of issues.

We stayed here for 10 days and totally agree that it is in a very good location and the apartments from the outside look fabulous. Inside is a different matter, dirty floors and paintwork, no real cooking facilities when we wanted a meal from scratch and being British no kettle! However, the big no no for me was you either get out of the apartment before 9 or don't get it cleaned. I recognise that most people want to be in the theme parks at 9, but being a longtime visitor to Orlando, my family and I like to have a lie in on our vacation and go out in the afternoon. The hotel management could do with taking this into consideration oh and a kettle please!

Overall it was an ok place to stay, but next year back to the more luxurious Buena Vista Suites.
