We stayed here thru a discount program and while it was a great value, the site did not amenities that we come to expect. The beds were great but the furnishings were sparse. The kitchen was not well equipped. The staff was very friendly but we had to remind them to clean, take out trash, etc a few times.

Lots of condos, townhomes, etc for rent in Kissimmee. This is a good one; clean, roomy, comfortable beds, and reasonable. There's also a nice pool and hot tub. Not great security, as we drove in after 11pm and didn't get stopped by a guard at the gate. As a Plus, there's a bar in the lobby!

This resort was my favorite of all the ones we've stayed in the past four years during our vacations to Florida. Dale's customer service I found to be exceptional because this guy will go above and beyond for the guest. One example of his service was his ride back offered as I was struggling with heavy groceries from the Target next door. He gave me a lift to my room, and even carried the bags along with case of 24 water into our suite for me. When asked for advice on living down in Florida as my partner and I have been considering this if not to escape winter for 6 months of the year as we're Canadians. Dale's recommendations on places to steer clear of and tips on the area, were quite helpful in leaving an even better impression than we'd had before (which was already in a good light). We just found him an overall great guy, outgoing and very friendly! Another bonus about this place is the two levels of the rooms making it feel more like a house. Oh and not to mention the gators and other animals they have on site. We got a picture of the baby gator in the guards station main pond to the left closer to the mini golf. Would highly recommend this resort to family and friends in future!

We flew out New Years Day the only thing we did not like in our villa was the water. It has the worst smell and taste ever. But use bottled water for all drinks you can around it.
The beds are great and you have all you need but bring a kettle would be my advice we did & it was great to make a breakfast cuppa.
The hotel pool is perfect size and lovely and warm. We had a lot of bad weather in our 3 weeks but on the good days swimming was a joy.
The staff are very nice and friendly.
We did the happy hour and a few meals but it was a bit expensive and hit and miss quality.

You have Denny's on your doorstep and Applebee's. Plus Smoking Bones great food and drinks and the very best Panda Express fresh cooked Chinese the very best we have ever had. Prime Steak used in the dishes so tender. We also went to Big Horne's and Crab Shack.

We used the 56 bus to go to Disney a lot cheaper and every half hour. The hotel does a shuttle free but it has to pick up all over and can take longer than the local bus.

The free wifi is perfect it works in all the rooms or there are PC's to use for free in a room off reception.

We will stay here again because it was lovely and I know our family will love it to.

The service if anything breaks down in the room is very fast they really do take great care of you the villa is cleaned every day you have free pool towels in abundance.

I only stopped at giving it a 5 because the restaurant was a bit of a let down and the water smell.

We had a great holiday.

Stayed in a 3 bed non-smoking villa. Good proximity to the Disney parks. Plenty of free parking. Wi-fi worked really well. Comfortable beds. We were on an end unit and it was fairly quiet. Some confusion at check in. Web site stated the bill would be sent to cc right away and they had us as unpaid. We had a few issues while there. First night we had problems with the toilets. One was clogged and the other ran all night. Tried to reach front desk from room phone and always got a fast busy. Left two messages with housekeeping and they never responded. Had to go to the office in the morning to get someone to take care of it. They took care of it that day. I felt the housekeeping was spotty. Some days they did a good job others not so much. The first day we were there it looked as if they had not cleaned the counters well and I didn't trust the dishes were clean. One housekeeper left her cleaning sponge on the bathroom counter and never picked it up. I had to throw it away. They left bags of trash at our front door. We had one cockroach in the unit but it may have come in while the door was open. I saw no other signs of them. I did kill several very small black bugs on my night stand, but did not get a bite or any bugs in our belongings. Also, we tried to lock the sliding door and it wouldn't lock. My son determined something was shoved into the area the lock should have latched. He took a pair of tweezers to extract it, only to find it was a very dead and dried out lizard or frog. No one must have check that door for quite sometime. The kitchens are not stocked with very many amenities. You may need scissors, knives, can opener and pizza cutter. Not to mention I found it strange to have very small coffee makers 2-4 cups in a 3 bed unit. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. We used the laundry one night but had to wait a long time to get a washer as they were allowing a local resident (not a guest as she stated she frequently comes on property to use the laundry) to use the facility.
Overall, because we had a large group it was worth the money.

Room Tip: 3 bed room was 2 up with a shared small bath (shower tub combo) and one bedroom down with own bath...

This is a condo style vacation villa with two or three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and living room, kitchen and another bathroom downstairs. It is spacious and very comfortable compared to a hotel room. Here we could relax very well like a home away from home and is suitable for staying for several days. It has beautiful landscaping with a water view, fountain and board walk. Its heated pool is also nice with no smell of chlorine . The restaurant on the premises is excellent. Every thing we ordered was delicious and the price was very reasonable. We had a horrible experience at the time of check-in. The confirmation sheet of the reservation from Best Western Central Reservation stated the check in time was 3 pm. However, we had to wait until close to 4 pm for our room to be ready. This room , however, does not have nice view and had some smell from the restaurant. We asked to change the room and we had to wait until close to 5 pm to finally be able to check in. The assistant manager told us that they have a policy of check-in time of 4 pm. How can they make a policy which is different from what is confirmed for the reservation? They should hire more people for cleaning, so they are able to keep the published check-in time. We were quite happy with the second room. The assistant manager worked very hard to help make the second room ready as quickly as possible. The next day when he saw me at the pool he came to apologize and asked if everything was okay. I appreciate his follow up. The general manager also apologized to me and wanted to make sure everything was okay. The villa was clean when we checked in. However, while we stayed the daily cleaning was minimal. Many days there was no vacuuming and no supplies like soap, shampoo and conditioner were left or two body gels instead of shampoo and conditioner were left . They changed bed sheets when we asked. However, This is a home away from home and at your own home you do not vacuum every day nor do you change sheets every day, or do not get new supplies of soap, shampoo and conditioners every day. I believe that cleaning these villa takes time if one person does it. If a team of two persons works for each unit like it is done in many other hotels, I believe it would be much more efficient; it can be done much quicker and it is much easier for cleaning persons. I also noticed that even though the bed is relatively new, one side of the mattress where people sit shows signs of breaking down. They should rotate or flip over mattress once in a while in order to alleviate this problem. Except for the experience at the time of check-in, our stay was nothing but wonderful. We would certainly like to come back to stay for an even more days.

I found this gem after doing my research on Trip Advisor for a nice, reasonably priced place to stay in Orlando. We couldn't have been happier! We got a 2 bedroom villa and it was great, our son had his own room and bathroom too! A full sized kitchen (especially the fridge/freezer) was a real treat as we tended to eat breakfast in the room and make lunches to go. The 3 TV's were also a hit with my teenage son. We went to the pool/hot tub which were nice but the hot tub could have been cleaner. The staff were beyond friendly, it became our nightly game to guess which of the friendly guards at the gate would be on duty :) We had a rental car and it wasn't too far to Disney or Universal. Lots of places to shop nearby, from Walmart/Target to the outlets, they are all nearby. Also plenty of restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend.
