2 adults and 3 kids (13, 11, and 8 yr olds) from 4/17/14 to 4/21/14

1. My family stayed at a townhouse style villa with two-bedroom and two baths. There is very clean full kitchen, so we bought the groceries from Walmart, and it was really helpful. There are Target, Sam's Club, and Walmart near this resort.

2. very convenient location- great stay for Disney visit.

3. no complaints at all: very clean, good service. very quiet, and relaxing atmosphere.

4. We did not use the restaurant and swimming pool in this resort. But it looks nice. There are all kinds of restaurants just near this resort.

This resort is great. The 2 bedroom town house worked well for my son and me while in the area. The suite is roomy with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a living room, step saver kitchen and 3/4 bath downstairs. The resort is set back off the road so it was very quiet. The beds were nice and firm as were the pillows so it made for a restful sleep. The worst part was getting into and out of the complex. The entry is from one of the busiest thoroughfares in the Kissimmee area so it was not always easy getting out into traffic. Shopping, theme parks and other fun activities are close by. No free breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, but it was never very busy. No washer/dryer in room, but they have a separate community laundry room. The room was very comfortable with minor drawbacks. You won't regret choosing this resort to stay.

Room Tip: Some rooms give a view of the lake that runs through the property. Our room gave the view of a bric...

Our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children) stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa for a week last week. Here's the good, the bad and the filthy! The master bedroom was spacious with a king sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The other bedroom on the second floor was also spacious with 2 double beds and a flat-screen TV.

The bathroom on the second floor was very awkwardly laid out, the tub & shower were in a very, very small room with the toilet and the double sink was in another room. So it was like the bathroom was two rooms....very weird! The bathroom did have all the normal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, lotion, body wash) as well as a hair dryer and vanity mirror. The downstairs bathroom had a stand-up shower, sink and toilet, also fully stocked with toiletries.

The kitchen was small but had all the necessities (dishes, flatware, cups, pots, pans, full fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher). There was a small, square table with 4 chairs to eat at but it didn't really help us since we are 5! Other similar resorts we stayed at in the past had 6 chairs around the table. The couch opened into a double bed but there wasn't any linens for it and we had to call the front desk and they responded promptly with them. There's also a flat-screen TV and one sitting chair in the living room as well.

There's a small patio at ground level that had two chairs and a small table. This wasn't bad to sit out at night and enjoy a cold beer but there's only room for two!

The floors downstairs were tile and they were filthy! The first day my kids walked around in their socks and the bottoms were black! Literally black with dirt! After the first day and first housekeeping visit we walked around in bare feet and now the bottoms of our feet were black! I would have taken a picture but I didn't want to gross anyone out! It's obvious that they don't wet mop the floors!

Laundry facilities were on site and not in the room like in the other resorts we've stayed at. They also aren't free and it cost my wife $10 to do our laundry

Despite the fact that they advertise 3 pools, there's only one! The other two "pools" are a kiddie splash pool and a hot tub. If you plan on laying out in the sun you better get out there and get chairs early because there's on 20 or so lounge chairs and they all don't face the sun. There's also a playground, a half-court basketball court a game-room and a fitness room for use which weren't too bad. The video games were nothing special and all were in working order and the room is air conditioned, so that's a plus! My kids enjoyed spending time in there. The fitness room was small, but then again who goes on vacation to workout! Everything was in working order in there as well.

The staff were all extremely friendly, from Sandra at the front counter when we checked in to the lady security guard (never got her name) who worked afternoon shift when we'd get home from a long day at the parks and everyone else we crossed paths with.

In all this was a nice place to stay and was only about 12-15 minutes from Disney and I would recommend it to family and friends who might be embarking on a Disney vacation off property. I would also recommend that they bring slippers otherwise their socks and/or their feet will be black!

Room Tip: Rooms on the back of the property (L & M villas in particular) are the farthest from the pool, l...

I would recommend the B/W Saratoga Villas for families visiting FL. & "Disney World" in particular. The staff is very helpful, & the location is somewhat secluded from road noise. Located appomx 5 miles from "Disney" it is very easy to commute to.

Stayed here with another couple for a week in March. Had not been here before. It is beautiful. Walkways and plenty of privacy. 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Not a large living/kitchen area but still for the price outdoes any competition. Very happy with the fact that the place is fenced in with a security checkpoint coming in. Close to everything ... Disney, Universal, Sea World, Medieval Times. Happy Hour specials at the pool were excellent and vary. Food in the dining room was very good. Could not imagine why it wasn't crowded! Will say it would have been nice if the bar had stayed open later than 10 p.m. It was just a wonderful experience. Liked it so much we booked another vacation before leaving. Great for kids, grandkids, couples. Will stay here from now on.

Room Tip: You will have to specify if you want an oven. All units do not have them. Every unit has different...

We stayed thru our timeshare exchange for a week. Clean, friendly service, shuttle from Walt Disney World very handy. Beautiful place. Everything was excellent, no complaints. Will stay again!
Very close to public transport too! Saved on cabs!

We didn't have kids with us but from the looks around us, kids were busy at the pool and playground all the time, but not close to where people are trying to have quiet so win win.

This hotel is an excellent value for superb accommodations. The villas are clean and large. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is very nice also. The hotel location is central to shopping, WDW, dining, etc. It is set back off of the busy 192, so there is no traffic noise and it feels very secluded.
