We stayed here through Virgin Holidays and chose it because it was easy to get to the Disney Parks and Universal. It was also one of the few places on offer with three bedrooms to accommodate two parents, two children and two grandparents. Great location, helpful, friendly staff and enough space for all six of us. Comfortable beds and effective air conditioning with the added benefit of fans in each room. The pool is lovely with a seating area under shade if you just want to sit and read while sipping a coffee or iced water (free from reception).

We ate out every day but, if you did want to cook, facilities are quite limited and there isn't a dining table in the three bedroomed villas, just a breakfast bar with three stools. The coffee pot is very small so four adults needed to brew two pots each time. The restaurant menu is a bit limited but the food is good.

The grounds are pleasant and there is a boardwalk which takes you around the site. The children's playground is a bonus, but the equipment gets very hot during the day.

We were in villa 2971 which looked out over a field where there were cows and a whole array of birds. Lizards, ducks and squirrels were regular visitors and we were treated to the sight of a barred owl on the lawn one evening. Altogether a great place to stay.

Room Tip: Rooms on the row we were on have no cars passing by or parking outside

We are just back from a two week stay at the Best Western Premier Saratoga Resort Villas and from the moment we walked into the reception to the moment we handed in the keys to leave we can honestly say that we cannot fault this resort, from the management staff to the cleaning staff they were all so genuinely welcoming and could not do enough for us, the villas were spacious and the beds very comfortable, the perfect location for a much needed quiet retreat after the hustle and bustle of Disney world which is only 4 miles away and very easy to drive to. We had a 3 bedroomed villa in block G which backed onto part of the waterway and our 8 year old daughter was delighted with the daily visit from the resident ducks and squirrels which are so tame they came onto our patio. Parking plentiful, grounds kept immaculate, villa always spotless after daily cleaning, very close to excellent restaurants and a supermarket next door. Can recommend Uno Chicago Grill and Longhorn Steakhouse for excellent service and excellent food - both are just further along the W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. Dennys, next door, good for breakfast.

Best Western Premier Saratoga Resort - your staff should be commended on the service they provide. Located between Dennys & Congo River Golf at Marker 12 (look for the driveway between the two)
Housekeeping, Reception Staff, Maintenance all polite and helpful. The accommodation and surrounds are all very well maintained. Our requests prior to arrival for full oven, no pet, and not pool facing villa, were all honoured.
Stayed 10/5/2014 to 27/5/2014 (Block E - 3019). 2 bed + 1 bath upstairs, 1 bed + ensuite downstairs. Parking at front door, drinks/ice machine outside. Safe in one bedroom. TV, air con in each room, Kitchen, dining/living area, full oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
Reception, Gym, Games room, washing machines/driers (used twice during stay) all two minute walk from accommodation Pool area (not a large pool), but quite sufficient for a dip after a long day, towels provided at pool. Far better than any hotel room, if you are looking for the option of self catering with a little more space... stay here. Disney parks 15/20 minute drive away. Seaworld/Universal about 20 mins. Supermarkets nearby - Publix, Target and Walmart plenty of places to eat along the road, Lake Buena Vista Outlets about 10 minutes drive away.
The upkeep and staff make the accommodation what it is.. would, without hesitation stay here again, in fact didn't want to leave.

Room Tip: If possible not pool facing (unless you don't mind a little noise) Request a full oven if you r...

Our stay at the Best Western Premier Saratoga Resort Villas just concluded and I am happy to report that every member of our multi-generational family was happy with the experience. Now we understand the reason for the high ratings in TripAdvisor! We wanted clean, spacious, restful, functional, location accessible to the parks / shopping / dining, and we had it all! Highlights of our trip:
* Prompt / efficient check-in and check-out process.
* Ample parking
* Friendly staff - from the front desk, to maintenance / housekeeping, everyone greeted us with a smile
* When things were not *perfect*, they very much pleased us by quickly rectifying
* Space - 2 bedroom 2 bath villa provided more than enough space / privacy for everyone

Highly recommend and will certainly return!!!

I can't say enough about this resort. The staff is welcoming and the grounds are immaculate. It is also in a great location close to all the major attractions. If you've stayed at a Best Western property before, be prepared to not feel like you are at a Best Western! The pool area is small and can be crowded at times but it is still pleasant. The lobby is also small but still inviting. The rooms come with a full kitchen including dishwasher, pots and utensils. This Best Western is also a short distance from a Super Target and Publix but far enough away for you to get a restful sleep. Parking is also never an issue. My wi-fi signal was always strong but you will have to re-connect each time you leave the room. There are 4 tv's throughout the unit so everyone can watch what they like. There are no dvd players so keep that in mind if you plan to bring movies. I have not eaten in the restaurant and breakfast is not included with the rate. I look forward to my next stay at Saratoga Resort.

Our previous resort no longer being in the Virgin brochure, we thought that this one looked good and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The entry to the resort is via a manned security post. The grounds are spacious and well maintained with attractive lakes and fountains. The swimming pool is not large, but it is heated and regularly cleaned.
The Villas are terraced, but are quiet with no noise through the walls. Our villa backed onto the lake with its pleasant view- some villas do back onto the pool, however.
The beds are large and very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Our villa had an upstairs bathroom and w/c plus a downstairs shower and w/c. Plenty of towels and toiletries were provided, with daily housekeeping service.
The kitchen had a hob, a large microwave, a huge fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A coffee machine was also provided, but a kettle would have been more useful.
Our Chevrolet Impala (rented from Alamo) was parked directly outside our villa.
Coin operated laundry facilities are on site. I did not use the restaurant on site, but my two (adult) sons took breakfast there and were very pleased.
The staff were excellent. We reported a fault on a w/c and the maintenance man was there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, he had obtained the spare part needed and repaired the fault.
The resort is situated on US192 but is not troubled by traffic noise.
I have no hesitation in recommending this resort to anyone- business travelers, families or couples.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Lovely spacious villas, very plush, comfy and clean. We were a family of 4 with a 2 bed villa. Both bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. The beds were huge and extremely comfy, probably the best beds ever had away from home. Downstairs you have a living room, with table, kitchen and another bathroom. We felt very at home here. Very easy to self cater, apart from no kettle, but we just boiled a pan, no big issue.

The location is spot on in my opinion if you have a car. None of the parks are too far away and very easy to get to. There are plenty of restaurants nearby along the 192 highway, some good, some not so good. Avoid Denny's next door! Picture dated Little Chef only 10 times worse! Our favourite restaurants were Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse. The El Tenampa Mexican a little up the road is also wonderful and very authentic.

Not sure how easy would be without a car to be honest, but I would say that for where ever you stayed. It is so easy driving over there I would def hire a car as it is so much easier.

We will be coming back to Florida, and I would def stay at this accommodation again next time.
