This townhouse was a great buy for us traveling off season. While we only needed two of the bedrooms, it was nice to be able to split up after a full day at the parks. My teen daughter appreciated sleeping in a queen and not being forced into a twin or double. She also had her own bathroom which was much appreciated by the rest of us.
The kitchen had all the standard supplies: plates, cooking pots/pans, linens. We did find that the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. There is a Publix just a couple of miles up the road where we were able to pick up groceries.
Bathrooms were stocked with linens as well. Bring your own paper supplies- there were none on arrival so I was glad to have packed some toilet tissue in our suitcases.
Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets to be found.
Overall condition of the unit is good. The carpeting could use some love and attention as could the pool area. We had to fish a few worms out of the splash pool before my daughter would hop in, but one can't help nature. The splash pool was a nice little perk. It got cold during our stay, however, so even with the pool "heat" we were only able to use it one day.
The resort itself seems private and away from attractions, but it's only about 10 minutes to the Disney parks and about 20 minutes to Universal. The staff at the resort is very helpful and welcoming.
