The reviewer before me put it perfectly - it is what you make it - you build your own bowl and decide how you want it seasoned, etc. So, when it comes down to it - the food is delicous - you can arrange it how you want it - and they even have some suggestions on their menu for you if you'd like. The other part of this is the service - it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. Table service was quick when we first got there, but slow from that point forward (it took at least 5 minutes for her to bring me a knife after I got back with my food). The service at the grill was..entertaining I guess I'd say - they cook your food quick and methodically - trying to be funny to get tips I'd imagine, but making a poor attempt at it. The one thing that I would like to see is a little more direction from the point you finish putting together your meal to the point you give your food to the chef - there were employees milling about supervising the ingredient bars but once you were done, no one saw anyone standing there uncertain about where to go - so it was a guessing game while trying to balance your stacked bowl of food and sauces. Overall - delicious food, so-so service.
