This does not look like other, nicer, Marriott Vacation Clubs.
Location on the beach.
The entrance is not grandiose... more like a trailer that has a temporary function.
Only one - friendly - lady present there to check us in, and she also had to take our luggage up to our rooms.
Access to the elevators, especially with luggage, is cumbersome: through various gates and past the pool.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 baths with friends.
One of the good things was the very spacious lanai overlooking the Gulf.
The unit itself looked like an older one spruced up a bit.
Very low ceilings, very low countertops in the bathrooms, not like other MVCs at all. Rooms were clean, beds were good. Kitchen was well-equiped.
It was very quiet due to the off-season so there wasn't a whole lot to do. The restaurant was closed on the day that we wanted to have dinner: bad weather.
Beautiful, clean beach with lounge chairs for which normally a fee is charged, though not on the days we were there. Access from the hotel via a boardwalk with 2 gates.
All in all, good for a few days of peace and quiet. I would not like to stay for an extended period but that is personal.More
