“A Very Pleasant Experience”
Reviewed 11 March 2013

I visited the said hotel the week before Christmas 2012 and found the place to be very pleasant and very quiet. (It must be said however that this is obviously prime time for the maintenance team do there stuff & the aroma of wet paint was everywhere, so much so as I felt a little like I was on a royal visit!).
You want for nothing here in a lovely environment, but as you can guess it doesn't come cheap.

Room Tip: Pay the little extra, for an upgrade on arrival, it's well worth it

We stayed during the recent cold snap and overall had a very nice stay. The rooms appear to have been updated. I rented two connecting rooms and both were very comfortable and clean. The king room had a beautiful walk in shower and both rooms were equipped with safe and fridge. All the rooms here have comfortable balconies with two chairs and a small coffee table except for a few select/premium rooms on the top floor and in the center of the hotel which enjoy very large balconies. Very nice property with a premium Marco beach location. This is right on the beach and very beautiful. The hotel pool and lounge area are not huge but proportional to the overall size of the property and very nice. This Hilton had good wifi connectivity in case you were curious. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was good. Mostly however, we ventured out and enjoyed some excellent local dining venues and had some memorable meals.

The entire staff that we interacted with were all very pleasant and helpful which adds so much to ones enjoyment and comfort when traveling. We will definitely consider coming back here again!

Room Tip: If you like morning sun in your room, then ask for the sunny side (left side when facing the beach...

We arrived early and our room was not ready some waited in the beach club bar and grill. This was delightful as we were sat very close to the beach and the ,snack bar type food, was very good. Our room was on the 6th floor and was very large, clean and inviting. Overall it was an excellent hotel.

This hotel and accommodations are beautiful. I especially enjoy the size of the hotel - large enough to offer wonderful and convenient amenities, but small enough that the staff appears to recognize its guests. The location is so convenient to other restaurants and shopping just across the street which are in walking distance. This was my second stay, and I intend to return again.

Gracious beachside facility with very spacious, comfortable rooms. We were oceanfront and probably upgraded. The two queen bedded room would be generous enough for a family of four, and the sink area outside the bathroom helps in that regard. Breakfast was very good, and the beachside screen porch (with portable heaters) was an atmospheric place to start the day.

The room was a bit too cool, with ventilation blowing constantly (and I keep my house at 68, so I don't need it really warm inside). I was unable to adjust it from within the room. It did not bother me enough to get the front desk involved, so I'm not sure what they would have done. But it did undermine the comfort a bit.

We enjoyed a wonderful oceanfront getaway for just $150 per night on Priceline in February. There weren't many drawbacks to the room other than its proximity to the noisy elevator. Unfortunately it woke me up first thing in the morning. But if you have a fan it will easily drown out the noise. I can't complain though because the beautifully renovated room had a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool was very refreshing and the beach was gorgeous. It is conveniently located across the street from a movie theatre, some really great restaurants and an ice cream stand. The staff was service oriented and always greeted you with a smile. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property especially at the Priceline rate.

Room Tip: Try to get a room away from the elevators.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Upon on our arrival our room was upgraded to a suite just because. The staff was extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area is breathtaking and the view from our suite on the 11th floor was sureal. I cannot wait until we return to Marco Island. Also, great restaurants and bars right across the street. No need to drive anywhere.
