Hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed being on the beach and having the balcony, but, everything cost extra. Be prepared for the incidental hold to be $75 per day on your account. Parking is extra, beach umbrellas are extra, wifi that actually works is extra. You can't even use the luggage cart on your own, you have to have them do it, which of course requires a tip (extra). Can't bring your own drinks to the pool, have to pay $12 at least for a drink there... Nice place, and received a good rate by paying ahead of time but I think I will try another place next time.

Dear 490jennyd, we thank you for taking the time to comment back on your recent stay. We are glad you enjoyed the hotel and beach. However, we do apologize about the unexpected charges, as a full service resort we do not have a resort fee as we like to have our guest pay only for what they wish to use. As a full service resort we also have our bellmen to assist with your luggage if you wish. We are sorry about the disappointment and hope overall you experience on Marco Island was a good one.

This hotel is located on the beach alongside all the other hotels. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern and the bathroom is newly renovated with 2 sinks, one inside and one just outside the bathroom. The Marriott was slightly more expensive and we have stayed there before, but this time I chose the Hilton not because of the price but because the Marriott is, IMHO, like a zoo. The Hilton is smaller and less hectic. I don't personally love the pool that much because it is crowded and noisy, but then again I go to Marco for the beach anyway. It is one of the nicest beaches I know, including the South of France and other places. One negative - I had a massage at the spa, and while the facilities are lovely, the massage wasn't great.

We spent a few days there before we continued our trip to Key West. Great resort right on the water absolutely beautiful landscape, rooms and the dining experience. The only negative we had is your spending all this money to stay there and on top you have to pay for parking your vehicle in their parking lot. Where else are you expected to park? I feel they charge enough that they don't need to charge for parking. You figure the average room is $270.00/night.

We went for spring break in April 2014. This hotel is right on the beach and is much smaller than the competition - which we enjoyed. The rooms were very clean and updated and the staff very helpful. The pool area is outdated and they do jam too many chaises on the pool deck. The pool side bar has lots of food and drinks options, however the service is slow. Sometimes it would take 15 minutes for someone to take my order. We went on a fishing outing and brought back fish and the hotel chef cooked it for us! The chef and staff were so great waiting for us to come to the table and serve us our catch. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely go back.

Room Tip: We used HHonors points and were on the upper floor facing the ocean - beautiful!

We stayed at the hotel from Saturday to Monday. We got a room on the 9th floor, and the view was awesome! We also got valet parking which is $4 extra than self parking and in my opinion it was worth it because it is better than trying to get your car under the rain. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The room was big and comfortable. Our room had a king bed and a roll out bed. The TV wasn't working and I had to call them twice to fix it up but eventually they came and fixed it. They gave me free internet when I told them that I was a Hilton HHonors member. Overall great service and a great hotel. I highly recommend it.
