“Amazing authentic Mexican food!”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

Restaurant was suggested to us by the owners at the B&B we were staying at (Seaglass Inn) and we were so excited to check it out! It was within walking distance of beach and B&B so perfect location. Food was amazing and you get a ton of food for the money!

“Quirky fun and GREAT food!”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

It's a small little place - look for the lady mannequin seated outside to know if they are open or not. Each day, they only prepare a certain quantity of food. When it's gone, they close. A little inconvenient if you were basing your visit on their posted hours of business. Make the effort to get there early. They smoke the meat on the premises and everything is made FRESH daily. They don't even make big batches of guacamole. Just enough to fill a few orders at a time. This means you may have to wait and enjoy the collection of vintage rock and roll memorabilia and kitch decorating the seating area but trust me - you will be glad you waited! We split a "monster" beef burrito. I'm a whimp when it comes to spicy so we went with the milder creamy chipotle sauce. Delicious! The owner brought a sample of the spicier sauce for my husband to try. He said it was excellent. Not destroy your intestine kind of hot but flavorful heat that really added to his enjoyment of the burrito. Next time I'm going to get mine "Naked" - the fillings in a bowl instead of wrapped in a tortilla. Fun atmosphere and environment and seriously EXCELLENT food! One suggestion - turn off your phone when you go inside. The owners are really interesting people and you shouldn't miss a chance for a good conversation because you had your face stuck in your smartphone.

“Back to the sixties”
Reviewed 10 June 2014 via mobile

On recommendation of many reviewers we tried this small restaurant after a day at the beach.

When entering the restaurant we thought to back to the sixties. The restaurant has many pictures of all kind of sixty bands and on television there was a Crosby, still and nash concert. The restaurant isn't fancy so don't expect nice silverware etc but we came for the food so we didn't care.

The owners are operating the restaurant with the wife explaining the menu and the husband working the kitchen.

We ordered the monster burrito with smoked beef and a normal burrito with chicken. The monster was the best because of the smoked beef but the other burrito was good as well. We shared the 2 burritos between the two of us that way we could taste both burritos.

They also serves complimentary chips which was nice.

Drinks are in a fridge and you simply tell the lady what you want, pay and take it from the fridge. They don't offer tap water so if you like to drink something with your meal you have to pay for it. On the other hand soda etc are only $1 and we had Arizona green tea with ginseng.

“What a neat little place.”
Reviewed 25 May 2014 via mobile

My wife had a training swim for an upcoming event so I opened TripAdvisor to find a place to grab a bite after she was done and Robburritos at the top of the list and 2 blocks from the swim. We started with the chips and salsa, my wife had the fish tacos and I had the vegie burrito we were able to customize the the sauce that went in. Both dishes were great and they had a bunch of beer choices too. Be sure to check out the times they are open before you go! I look forward to going again next time we're in the area. As with all my reviews this is based on comparable places.
