Stumbled across this place on our last day in Miami, lots of people waiting for tables but all were soon seated very quickly with no more than a 5 minute wait.
Lunch was good, but the cheesecake was the attraction, so many to choose from, struggled to eat mine, Red velvet, shame I won't get to try any others.
If you love cheese cake then find this place

All plates were great, Very good food friendly service and the deserts are from heaven. Could spend more than a week trying all

So we decided to look for Penny but instead found some awesome wait staff. We went for lunch while shopping so the place was booked and we offered a seat outside. Luckily we got a covered area that veiled the sun. Service was above par, food was excellent and overall it was a great experience. They should look into installing WiFi though.

We walked in for lunch and had disappointment after disappointment. I've never given a bad review and am pretty laid-back, but this place was awful. The booth and table we were sat at was dirty and a dirty-napkin-wrapped silverware package greeted us. The server stopped by a few minutes later just to see if we might want to bother him. Service only got better when he brought the check. The food came out cold and disgusting; it was almost inedible. The only positive part was the delicious martini that cost more than our entree. Skip this place unless you want to sit at the bar and down martinis!

I have visited this particular Cheesecake Factory often for Sunday brunch and it seems to be a trend that there's always an issue with our meals coming out in a timely manner and all together for the whole table. Food took almost an hour to come out and then out of 10 guests only 7 meals came out. A pancake order came out completely raw, could see the liquid batter still when cut open.
