The arena is in a beautiful location where it very close to bayside where you can get food and a touristy activities. You can enjoy views of the bay. The arena itself is nice but inside it is like any other modern arena around.

Been to many HEAT games this season & the arena is easy to get to that is downtown in walking distance to Bayside market and has some very good and varied food choice's. Staff is helpfull and if you can the Dewers rail seats are great. They include a nice buffet avalible during the game with waiter table seating facing the court.Great dining watching a great team..

Seats were good and comfortable enough, staff were okay but the photo rule was silly. No photo cameras allowed, but phones are allowed and you can take as many as you like without being thrown out? But the venue had good sound and good viewing.

While game four of the ECF in the final year of the "Big 3" was something remarkable to see no matter what the venue, AAA certainly impressed. The game was enjoyable, and the fans, however bandwagon you want to say they are (were), really added to the atmosphere. It seems as if it is just one big party win or lose. Granted, I saw them on the winning end, but still I have a suspicion that what goes on after the game has nothing to do with the result. Enjoyable start to finish. Parking is hard to come by but no means impossible. Well worth the four and a half hour drive and the really, really late night that followed. However, I can't speak to anything other than the experience of a conference final game with King James at the center of attention.

I'm from far away but happened to catch an Eastern Conference Finals game here. The venue is very neat, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The fans were great, very friendly and just having a good time. I didn't have particularly good seats but even there the sight lines were fine. The surrounding area is nice, and you can find a good deal on tickets on the street if you don't mind the hassle of haggling. However, it may be less enjoyable in the future with the exodus of King James.
