This hotel was a good experience, but not a great one. The check-in process was smooth and our room was ready when we arrived at the hotel (early afternoon).
The first impression of the room was WOW! It was big, bright and clean. Unfortunately, there is little sound proofing between rooms as I heard my neighbors and their music 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed.
The bathroom was very small, too small for both my husband and I to be in there at the same time. Speaking of the bathroom, the maid service only replaced our toiletries once during our 3.5 day stay. Fortunately, they were around when we realized this but if we hadn't noticed right away, we might have been out of luck.
I don't normally comment on the elevators but I feel I have to with this hotel. Although the hotel has 2 elevators, it seemed as though one rarely worked. In fact, one morning, both were down and my husband and I had to take the stairs. Thank goodness we were walking DOWN 15 flights, instead of UP.
Overall, despite some of my comments above, I would stay at B2 again. Its rare to find a modern, clean hotel with a good location that doesn't break the bank. Hopefully, the B2 staff will address some of these details so the hotel can go from good to great.More
