We stayed here for a night. The hotel is at a good location and has a good vegas vibe when you enter in. Hotel is good for people who are here just to party. We had booked a room with two queen beds as we have a one year old. To start with - the room had no small fridge, the bathroom was way too small, the bathroom didnt had exhaust, the AC made a very irritating noise and the room was really really small. It doesnt look that small from the pictures, but it is really small. To add a cherry on the top, there is no housekeeping. I asked for hot water so that i can warm my little ones’ milk, but no one cared to bring it to the room. I asked for small fridge as the milk will go bad overnight, we got it after some struggle. It’s certainly not meant for family with kids. the staff is not friendly and doesn’t understand what their guests needs. All in all, one of the worst experiences we had.

I went to Miami for the Hype of the city, this hotel has the perfect location...At first had a bucket list of things to do in Miami and the concierge Yulisa helped tremendously to fulfill all my Miami expectations, made reservations at local restaurants, and book some nice tours for our family. Everyone was exceptional but Specifically Yulisa understood how to meet our needs. Greetings to her, keep it up!

This hotel,situated in Miami Business district is perfectly located closed to the port of Miami,Miami Arena and the museum of Science.Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful.Rooms are clean.Ingrid ,Ernesto and Giovanni were great at the tavern,outstanding Omelet. Keep it in mind future travelers.

We booked our room in advance through a popular online booking company. When we arrived we were told the online rate was for the smallest room in the hotel and we could upgrade for $80.00 more. We declined because we were only staying the night for a cruise the next morning. They were not kidding, the room was smaller than an interior cruise ship cabin. And our view was a wall of the adjacent building 5 feet away. I believe $120.00 was a little steep for this room. The sink was clogged so we called and instead of getting another room they sent maintenance to fix it, they spent 20 minutes removing plumbing and left us with a soaking wet floor when they were done. The air conditioning would never get cold and was so loud you could barely talk when it was running. The next morning they started construction in the next room at 0900 when check out time was 1100, I guess that was there way of saying it’s time to leave. By for one of the worst experiences we have had throughout our many travels.
