I recently had my American Airlines flight cancelled after six hour delay. Unsure where to go I randomly picked the Gale hotel in Miami beach. When I showed up to the Gale hotel at 4 in the morning the women at the desk by the name of SJ was very helpful and made me feel right at home. She gave me a great room at reasonable rate and did what she could to accommodate me as best as possible. This excellent care continued the next day with Sebastian, at the front desk when I had to extend my stay. When I checked out, it was more of the same; friendly courteous service, this time offered by I believe Jose.

All and all I have nothing but nice things to say about the people and the accommodations at the Gale hotel.

On business, by myself...at the end of a long day and a late check in...what a wonderful experience. I was texted by concierge to make sure my arrangements were in order. Room was immaculate. Bed dreamy. Large screen TV and even though my room was on the street, quiet and serene. It was so nice I almost over slept. Would recommend to anyone and could not stop talking about it. Sorry I didn't have time to try restaurant.. it smelled delish.

My room was old with mold, dirt and no running water. When I reported this I was told there were no more room. I was charged for all 4 nights after only staying 1 night. I would never stay there again!
