My name is Lindsay and I traveled to Miami beach with my boyfriend Jesse for his 25th birthday. We had SUCH an amazing week thanks to the staff here at the Hilton Cabana. Prior to our stay, Cynthia had sent us an email welcoming us, saying if we needed anything during our stay that she would be there to ensure that everything ran smoothly during our stay. She even sent up chocolate covered strawberries for us being that we are diamond club members! We also had a really nice experience with Vikash. He and my boyfriend got into a friendly conversation in the elevator and he ended up setting us up with a cabana on the beach for the next day. Nathan and Kavin had it ready for us. Overall our stay at the hilton cabana was excellent and definitely look forward to coming back... only if Cynthia is there though.

This was a very horrible experience, bathroom was dirty, carper smelled very bad had to sleep with balcony door open. Sheets were not changed and the damn construction that started at 8 am in the morning

When we arrived at the hotel we could not check in. The computer was down so we were told nothing could happen until it came back up and there was nothing they could do to get us a room until it came on, after driving and traveling all day. The receptionist was not friendly and offered no help. She pointed to the bar and said you can go hangout there until it comes on and they could check us in. Then we walk through the lobby and past a coffee place to see a wall torn down and very loud jack hammering going on. We were not told when we made the reservation that there was construction let alone very loud jack hammering. So we went to the bar to only sit there and hear this very loud construction, I couldn't even hear the person I was on the phone with bc it was so loud, not relaxing at all so how are you supposed to relax at the pool or bar with the noise?
Proceeding waiting 2 hours we got a room to be given a handy cap room. The room was not clean, you could tell that it wasn't vacuumed at all because stuff on the floor and also little black hair on the pillow cases. The cabinets were falling apart and when I sat on the chair it was broken. It was a horrible experience with Hilton. The photos online don't look like the rooms, definitely don't get the balcony room or bother spending the money bc they are right beside each other so you see everyone's balcony with NO privacy.
Only highlight was the bell hop guy was very nice.

I was there to celebrate my BIRTHDAY with my Husband and friends...Awesome Experience! The ENTIRE STAFF and BELL DESK were courteous and helpful~ I will be sharing my awesome experience with friends and family!!!!

My significant other along with two other couples went to Miami to get a way for three nights, and had a really good time. We knew we wanted to chill during the day and eat well at night, and that’s exactly what we did. The breakfast at the Cabana Beach was everything we could dream of. Some of is got the smorgasbord others bought À la cart the choices on either menu were abundant. The housekeeping staff and concierge were excellent.
