Description: The Traymore Restaurant & Bar, in Metropolitan by COMO, Miami Beach, is a contemporary seafood restaurant, displaying an array of International and American dishes. Native creations include seasonal dishes with fresh ingredients harvested from Florida-presented in a simple, rustic style by Executive Chef Jonathan Lane with exceptional service by the team of Restaurant Manager, Sergio Caceres. French and Portuguese inspired desserts by Master Chocolatier, Chef Emmanuel Alves, are based around seasonal, The Traymore also features the company's signature COMO Shambhala Cuisine. Developed by COMO's Executive Chef, Amanda Gale, the menu promotes better health through nutritional eating, focusing on the use of raw foods. The Traymore Bar offers a premium gin array from 40 distillers around the world. The bar staff has created a series of classic and signature gin-based cocktails and are well versed in pouring the perfect Gin & Tonic.

Take it from a local who loves seafood: Miami Beach does not have very good seafood options, despite the proximity to the sea. Kudos to this place for being a valuable addition to the restaurant landscape in town.
Can't be more pleased.

Chef Jonathan lane has the best dishes for lunch ! we went about 2 weeks ago. food was so delicious and fresh. Presentation was beautiful and the taste just as good?? double win!! service was great! from the moment our hostess greeted us and accommodated my sister and I, very sweet young lady to our welll knowledgeable server who helped us make our choices, gosh can't wait to go back!! the restaurant is a bit cold so make sure you take a sweater!

The food at the Traymore was really top notch. As a New Yorker, we take our food very seriously. My friend and I had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay, and I have to say, dinner was the best, followed by breakfast. The best thing about the restaurant is that they offer their Como Shambhala menu in addition to their usual food menu. This gave us the option to eat healthy while on vacation.

For breakfast, you can choose to have the breakfast bar, which was an assortment of baked pastries and fresh fruit and juices, or order an entrée from the breakfast menu. We chose the breakfast menu and got the eggs royale, and the fluffy egg white omelet from the Como Shambhala menu. For lunch, we ate by the pool and ordered the kale and seaweed salad. Wow, what a salad. Perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of dressing. For dinner, we ordered the tuna tartare, fluke crudo and grilled octopus. For our main dish, we shared the seafood stew. A sign of an excellent chef is when you don’t have to add additional seasoning to the dishes. Every dish came out perfect, and the flavors were paired just right. By the way, leave room for dessert. The canoli served in the sesame roll was the ideal finish to our meal.

My friend and I were really impressed with the quality of the food here. We shared our praises with the General Manager and he brought Chef Jonathan out to meet us so that we can tell him in person. That just made our night…to meet the man behind every meal.

The atmosphere is wonderful and master chef Jonathan Lane is top notch. His preparation of food is impeccable and the tastes are incredibly delicious. the dessert menu by chef Emanuel Alves was something to see and something better to taste! The wine list is limited but the selection is quite extraordinary. All in all the meal was a fabulous experience and I can't wait to go back for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
