We had a very uncomfortable stay. The place is more a motel, it has nothing. The room smelt like mould and the sheets never looked or felt clean. The pillows are half the size of a standard pillow and they are old and they smelt. The bed was super uncomfortable and make soo much noise even if you moved slightly. Some of the staff were friendly. There location is far from the central area and there is nothing around. Overall it was not a nice stay and I would never go back.

We saw people doing scenes on the front desk and did wonder if this was not just an overreaction. Just to find ourselves later in similar position, leaving hotel just after first night. I think in this hotel there is a big chance you are going to spend a lots of time on front desk with your complains. (also no one seems to care). Overall location is not so good, night are loud, technically not the best, you will possibly don't want to use their swimming pool and can find sorts of animals in your room, no breakfast, price high. It looks like best enjoyable for the type of "drink & don't care".

Location was fantastic. Two minute walk to the beach. Close to all the shops and restaurants also. Groceries a few shops up too.

Area much more laid back than south beach. But still not too quiet.

Staff at this hotel were horrible. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and only ever encounter one nice staff member. One in particular was so rude and dismissive. That was at check in too, so bad first impression.

The beach towels they lend are a joke. The thinnest tiniest towel you'll ever see. Spend the money and buy your town towel.

Room itself was very nice. Updated and modern with all the amenities needed.

Parking was a plus. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Everything about this place was good, except the staff which ruined it for me.

Room was small but sufficient - it is what you pay for - across the street from the beach for 100 or so a night on Collins is a good enough deal. The front desk staff was helpful - parking was good but does cost extra.
