“Great Valet Service”
Reviewed 11 July 2014

The Valet Service was great. Alcides was super nice!! He greeted me with a smile when I pulled up, and remembered me when I came back to pick up my car. His friendliness elevated my experience at the hotel. Kudos to Alcides for a job well done!!

I stayed here with girlfriends on Independence weekend. Alex, at front desk, was so helpful and considerate of our needs. The suite was beautiful with a stunning view of Miami. The room was perfect for the needs of 4 girls in a room - it was spacious and comfortable. The pools were beautiful and the beach was just steps away from our area. And, the staff was super friendly. Can't wait to go back!

The only negative thing I have to say is prior to me arriving I had to speak to Dana from reservations. She was rude and gave me the worst customer service experience ever. It was like my reservation didn't matter. Anyways, I will not let 1 bad egg spoil the rest.

On arriving to the hotel, there was a line of yachts across from the hotel that apparently is the marina for the hotel. Good view of luxurious Miami yachts. :)

Excellent customer service from Ivan, Andre & Jose Ortega from the front desk, Jose(in the lobby area), Anthony, Stephen and Benjamin. All of these guys deserve a 5 star rating :) Alberto from the Concierge desk was sooooo nice and printed out a list of 4th of July events that I could attend. Victor(maintenance) was great at hooking up my TV in the bathroom, Anyuli & Maria were pleasant and gave me great room service.

I stayed there from the 2nd of July to the 5th. When you check in, you get a room key with your name on it which I think is very cute and personalized. The lobby areas are beautiful with modern designs. The rooms are very clean and comfy and housekeeping comes regularly enough. I stayed in the Versailles tower and I got a good view of the beach. It looks stunning in the mornings especially.

On the 4th of July, they had a mini World Cup pool party for guests in the hotel and it was fun with current music and beautiful people.

The pictures of the hotel really do it no justice, the hotel is extravangant, luxurious and much more beautiful than you see in pictures and it will never be boring. I met soooo many people there from all over the world.

The pool area is very pretty and the view of the pool from the gym is captivating. The gym is spacious and has modern equipment. You should definitely check it out :)

The Hakkasan restaurant in the hotel has tasty dishes, good customer service and a great ambience. I understand why this restaurant is a top rated one!

LIV nightclub lives up to its name. It really is the place to go clubbing in Miami. Sometimes the lobby area will be busy with people trying to get into the club or waiting for their friends to get into LIV. You have to dress like a 10 to get in :) or be a pretty hot girl dressed to kill ;) Inside is big and has alot of security(which is good). One of the best parts of the club is the fact that they have dancers who give the crowd a fun vibe to rock with.

Overall, although my stay there was short.. it was memorable and worth it. I loved every minute of my stay and would definitely stay there again.

I love this hotel!!!!!!!!

Everything was great! Upon our arrival Ligia Elizondo at the front desk in the Chateau tower took care of us and the level of service was exceptional! From there on out everything was perfect. The nightlife was beyond any other place. The pool was amazing, the sun the music and the people watching was the best ever!

Vacationing with the family and upon checking in there was a problem with my room. Luis Jimenez did a search in the computer and immediately resolved the problem. My family and I were able to check in and go straight to an amazing room and this was all thanks to Luis.

Stayed over the holiday weekend and to say it was crowded is an understatement! Lines everywhere!! Room was very nice. Breakfast at vida very good but it was on the beach where we had the best experience. We were so well taken care of by Pablo Castro that all the other issues melted away. We stayed in the beach til sunset and what a great relaxing day it was!! Cannot wait to return, thanks again to Pablo!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife. The place is super clean, the staffs are very helpful, amazing pools, delicious food and you have the best club LIV right at the lobby.
Pros: away from the Ocean Drive madness, big pools, good music, good food, drinks are strong and delicious, a lot of eyecandy for male and female to see and the lobby turns into a nice lounge at night.
Cons: expensive drinks, food and to enter club LIV if you don't have tickets for whatever event is going on is hard to get in due to they select people to get in.
Hint: if you want some delicious and cheap price food all you have to do is take a walk over the bridge by the hotel and there is a nice little Cuban dinner/cafe. Is only about 5 minute walk.
