The staff were outstanding, the room was immaculate, so comfortable and well thought through & the location was great. My stay was mix of business & pleasure. Met the needs of both. Great & different.

Dear Arlene G,

It is very important that we are able to flex our style for everyone no matter what the occasion is. In your case both business and pleasure, the rooms are great for working as most of them have a lot of desk space, not to mention the many outlets and great WiFi. When you are tried from work you can move right up to our rooftop for a cocktail and nap in the sun by our pool! We hope you will be able to join us again soon, maybe next time just for pleasure.

Sincerely,

I am an avid Tripadvisor user and booked Redbury for my best friend's bachelorette weekend after seeing all the great reviews. I started exchanging with Vanessa, the guest relations manager, for month's prior to our stay. She was extremely helpful and gave me many ideas on different itineraries for our weekend. She also helped me get a great rate at the hotel and at different clubs.
We took a cab from the airport which was a set $30 and the Redbury had plenty of staff on hand to help us with all of our luggage. THe room was not ready when we arrived (they have a 4:00pm check in) but took our luggage and assured us they would call us as soon as our room was ready. They have bathrooms available in the basement level to change but it's pretty awkward to have to pull out all your stuff in the lobby area. I would come prepared and already have your bathing suit on if you have an early flight. When you first arrive to the hotel it doesn't seem like much but when you walk in you see the front desk and restaurant which are all very nice. The hotel is small but you are so close to the Raleigh and SLS that I think you get way more than paid for. The rooms were more than big enough for 4 girls to a room and the bathrooms were large which was a huge plus. Other reviews have stated that the rooftop pool is tiny but we never found it to be too full and used it to sunbathe in the mornings and ordered food and drinks there. The location of the hotel can't be beat, we only had to take a cab once in the three days we were there. Unfortunately the BMW service was not available during our stay.
We had dinner at the Bianca at the Delano (one block away) and the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and the dinner was great. Afterwards we hung out poolside but decided not to go into FDR. The next day we went to the pool party at Hyde and Vanessa made sure we were on the guest list. The drinks are insanely expensive so we got a cabana for $300 and got a massive drink bowl to share. After the party we ate at the Bazaar for lunch. That night, Vanessa emailed me that she could get us a table for a great price at Story which was amazing! It's not my type of club but DVBBS performed and they put on a great show. The table was well worth it because the club was packed and we didn't even have to go to the bar once. The couch had a semi platform where we danced all night without having to be surrounded by the large group of people. After many drinks we went home and the other girls decided to walk around the beach in front of the Raleigh and all of their purses were stolen so don't make that mistake! The Redbury is in an area where there are many high end hotels but I guess Miami is still a large city with plenty of crime.

Dear arosero23,

It sounds like this Bachelorette party was great success! I only wish our BMW wasn’t being serviced so that you would have been able to enjoy that amenity as well. Vanessa certainly knows how to plan a special occasion, bachelorette parities are her specialty. It clearly makes your stay more enjoyable when you are able to pre arrange your travel plans and start enjoying your stay from the minute you arrive. Let us know who catches the bouquet so that we may plan the next bachelorette vacation! Thank you for the kind review. Hope to have you back again soon.

Sincerely,

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Very big thank you to Maggie for her wonderful hospitality and making my trip extra special!!

All in all, I would certainly stay here again - everything you need and then some at a much more affordable price than the big resorts.

Pros:
- Rooms were stylish, comfortable, clean and equipped with luxury toiletries. Our room had a record player, which was a very nice touch!
- You have access to the Redbury rooftop pool, which is small (4 ft max) but a good tanning space. You also have access to a larger pool and poolside bar service at the Raleigh across the street.
- Two minute walk to the beach (if that!)
- Great customer service all around
- Access to complimentary house car for a quick ride within a 3 mile radius

Tips:
- The beach near the hotel (and a lot of the resorts) is fairly rocky. I prefer heading down to Ocean and 7th for much smoother sand
- Your room at the Redbury will get you beach chairs and beach towels at the Raleigh stand, but umbrellas are $20
- You MUST ride around using the very convenient public bike stations, it's so fun and easy
- If you're a food snob, be wary of the restaurants along Ocean drive and Lincoln Road - food tends to be very so-so, drinks are more their speciality. Double check everything on Yelp

The Redbury is a fabulous boutique hotel with a retro feel. Super clean and stylish. Beach access is right across the street and there are attendants to get you whatever you need. Trey was especially attentive and gave excellent service. Use of the Raleigh pool and the SLS gym was really nice.

We stayed at the Redbury for three nights in April and had a great experience. We booked a courtyard king room and it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Location can't be beat. It was was close to everything. The Raleigh Beach was also very nice. Employees were outstanding. Special thanks to Maggie and Vanessa at the front desk. They really made us feel welcome and were always pleasant and accommodating.

Dear Amydavid82,

Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review on our hotel. We would be happy to welcome you back anytime with smiling, friendly faces. Next time you should try out the Collins King. It has an awesome view of the city without the noise from the buzzing street.

My I husband and I were meeting our family in Miami to head for a vacation in the Caribbean and stayed at the Redbury for just one night--it was wonderful! The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfy, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was excellent!! We did not have time to enjoy the rooftop pool, but it looked very nice. We would definitely stay again!!

Dear MrsB46,

My only wish is that you would have been able to stay just a few days more so that you may be able to take advantage of all the amenities. The access to the beach at the Raleigh is lovely, as well as the rooftop pool which will have a full bar and new landscaping in just a few weeks. Next time you want to plan a weekend away from home please reach out to me. I would love to welcome you back and show you a real Redbury experience. See you next time!
