The hotel is clean! Staff is wonderful! Would recommend. Mostly business. We enjoyed the pool and the basketball court the kids loved the breakfast cookies and fresh popcorn they had for snacks. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

I stayed for about 2 weeks in February; it's a nice place in a quiet area (just 3 hotels and a self storage and a small clinic located in the street). It is very convenient and close to I-75 (and Miramar Pkwy). Everything else - publix, pharmacy, post office - it's all very close (less than 5 mins driving). The Shops at Pembroke Gardens (a nice & new outdoor shopping mall) is also pretty close. A perfect place for business travelers, everything is taken care of (dry cleaning, groceries, copies + paperwork if you need it). The staff is really helpful and nice, and the food is good. Breakfast ends at 9 (except for weekends) which cld last for an hour longer, otherwise I was even positively surprised: dinner up to 3 times a week, and it's good, real good! Also love their freshly baked cookies at the front desk every afternoon. :)

Parking is always, available, even late at night - it is a shared parking of two Marriott hotels - the Residence Inn and the Courtyard. You'll def find a spot, and if you get home early enough, you can even find a spot where you can see your car from your room. To this one person here: Sorry to hear that! Understand your anger, but I felt that this place feels/is pretty safe. Cars can get stolen from the supermarket's parking as well. - Had a Porsche Cayenne in the parking lot and felt safe all the time.

Not suitable for tourists who want to be at the beach.

Your first impression is it's just another Business traveler hotel, but that's not so. We were very impressed overall. The room was immaculate, the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. Jennifer on the front desk was so friendly and is an excellent representation of the professionalism one would expect from Marriott. Breakfast was complementary and included eggs, sausage, waffles, all the usual breakfast fair. Breakfast area clean and well monitored and managed. Our "junior" traveler enjoyed the pool and basketball court. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Found this hotel at the last minute. It is very nice and so convenient to everything. Not far off of I-75 in the Miramar/Pembrooke Pines area of Florida. Close to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Stayed here for three nights. There is a shopping center in walking distance (.3 miles) to a shopping center with Publix, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Italian place, Sushi/Thai place, indoor miniature golf, dry cleaners, etc. and there is a McDonalds in the parking lots.
Got a second floor, two room suite. Nice kitchen area with full refrigerator and dishwasher, two burner stovetop, microwave, and sink. Has enough dishes, flatware, glasses for four and pots, pans, colander, measuring cup, mixing bowl, etc. There's a desk with rolling chair, a nice kitchen table with two chairs, a sofa bed, coffee table, and side chair with TV. Bedroom has full bed, TV, large closet and sink area. Standard tub and toilet in separate bathroom.
Hotel has a laundry room with three washers and six dryers. $2.00/load and that includes soap and $2.00/dry. The pool area is small but nice with lounge chairs, tables and chairs, umbrellas, etc. The only negative thing about the pool is that it is between buildings so not much sun and it is at the main entrance to the hotel on the road and parking lot. Also has a small, one hoop basketball court. Pets are also allowed!!
Breakfast is served every morning and is plentiful! Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, pancakes, make your own waffles with numerous toppings, muffins, bagels, English muffins, hot oatmeal, four kinds of cereal, yogurt, apples, bananas, pineapple, coffee, tea, milk, OJ, cranberry juice, hot chocolate, salsa, cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, strawberry topping, etc. There are plenty of tables and chairs to eat or you can bring it to your own room. They have a "Social Hour" on Tues/Wed nights with nachos, BBQ, Southwest night, French night, Salad bar night, etc. that is free of charge. They also have a grill area for guests to cook their own steaks, burgers, etc, with is nice for a change.
The staff is extremely friendly, always smiling and saying hello, good morning, etc. and asking how our stay is. Everything is so clean and well maintained! We will definitely be staying here again when possible.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 206. It was right at the elevators. You can not hear them so don't worry. You can look down into the lobby and see breakfast, the computers, and the front desk. Very nice! And the laundry room is at the end of the hall!

We stayed at this hotel for one week and have a very good experience. The staff was very professional and service-minded, always here to help. The room was really clean. The room was high-up in the back and that was really nice, it was really quiet.
