The Naples Grand was the perfect vacation. It was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Can not wait to do back. I offers everything i look for in a vacation. The bunglaw room so so big and comfortable. Really lovely!

Stayed August 2010, travelled as a couple

We arrived and was thrilled with the hotel only to wake up to a neumatic drill and construction that never stopped all day. The pool was so noisy with constuction we couldent stand it. We got an apolgy and a discount but I think it isant right to have to pay to listen to that. I think after the renovations it will be nice.

We were in Naples a few weeks ago, and although we enjoyed the area, we were disappointed in our Hotel. We stayed at the Grand Inn and although the hotel was lovely we experienced a few problems with the management. In our bathroom, the florescent bulb over the mirror repeatedly would not work, and we reported it daily. It was never repaired during our stay there. Also, the outside pool was not clean or heated, as stated in the brochure, and after a few complaints was cleaned but never heated. So, just a heads up on that Hotel management. Other than that, I would return to Naples again, but obviously, find other accomodations.

Might be a very good hotel but I doubt if I will ever stay there. Thier web site quotes $129 for 1 night 27 Nov, with a "Best Rate Guarantee" or if you e-mail them with a site you can get the same night rate cheaper, they will honour that plus a 10% discount. Hotels quote $66 for that night, but guess what, in spite of several e-mails to the hotel asking them to honour thier pledge, no reply.
Check it out for yourselves!

Ramada Naples is new hotel, built in 1999. Everything was clean and well kept during our 6 day stay. There is a small heated outdoor pool, and a fitness room...I think.

It is not, as the ad says, 1/2 mile from the beach, it's more like 1.5 miles, along and across very busy highways.
Ask for room facing the pool. The others rooms face the parking lot or the street on which it is located,(Pine Ridge Road)a six lane divided highway which is VERY noisy until about midnight.

Other notes:
The hotel's broadband internet service was off-line the entire time we were there.
The staff knows very little about the area, so do not look to them for restaurant suggestions or other information about your surroundings.
Check out the small chic mall which is down and across from Seagate Dr. Lots of expensive shopping. --But stay away from the California Pizza Kithen Restaurant...very cheesy food for all but 7-10 year olds.
