The exhibits are well done. Very interesting & informative. The place is run with volunteers who were friendly & knowledgable. Really enjoyed the boat ride, our captain was great. A good place for children & adults. Only need a couple of hours to tour the facility, including the boat ride. Nice trails to walk if you want to stay longer.

“Conservancy”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

Recently expanded with additional trails, buildings, exhibits and electric boat rides. If you like nature you will love this place. I am a member and go often and take friends. It is next to the Naples Zoo, which is also very worthwhile visiting.

“Wonderful”
Reviewed 26 March 2014

Our hosts had booked us for a conservancy boat trip on a Saturday morning. The whole experience was exceptional, particularly for me as it afforded me lots of ops for taking bird pictures as we cruised through mangrove "swamps" and other interior waterways near the Gulf. The captain of our pontoon style boat was wonderful and competent and did a super job of getting us as close a possible for us to be able to observe the wildlife and the plants. Our naturalist was a mega source of information and was able to do the nearly impossible: give lots of information without preaching or over-talking. This would be a great treat for older kids and perfect for any adult who wants to see lots of the Florida birdlife without walking a lot. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
