We traveled here the week of Memorial Day, 2014. The resort is small and set in the middle of a mostly residential area. About a 4 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico beach and within walking distance to CVS, 5th Ave and 3rd Ave. Awesome location. We got unit #10 which I think is the only 2 bed unit. Both rooms have bathrooms and are very nice! The common area is quite small and only seats 4 adults unless someone wants to sit at the dining room table. Ed seemed great, we joined him for breakfast. The pool was small, but I didn't swim anyway. There are things to do at the resort and the booklet Ed supplied in our rooms about the area is super helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that the lights from the walkways kept our bedroom pretty bright at night, but I know they are required to be on. Just bring your eye mask. The kitchen had everyting we could have possibly needed and the bedrooms and baths were suffiently equipped with everything we needed as well. I would definitely stay here again. I've never stayed at such a small private resort and I much prefer that to hotels!
