We've just returned from a 3 week holiday in Florida where we stayed in Kissimee for 10 days and then drove to Naples to stay at the Bellasera for a bit of relaxation. The hotel was very quiet and some days we were the only people by the pool, the pool is lovely and well maintained and the cabanas were a welcome shelter from the sun. The room was large but very dark and we needed to put the lights on during the day. When we arrived I went out to check the balcony and it was thick with cobwebs and spiders, due mainly to the tree next to the balcony. I immediately went to recption to ask for it to be cleaned, I think someone did make an attempt to clean it but it was no where clean enough to be able to sit out there.
Larry and Rick were fantactic and drove us anywhere we wanted to go, and gave us lots of useful advice.
Also the bar staff were very polite and helpful especailly Hagen.
