We have spent the last three weeks at the Bellasera and have loved every minute of it. The location, service and accommodations are excellent. Thank you all at the hotel for making our stay like being at home. This our fifth year coming to Naples and spending it at the Bellasera, and we will surely return next year. A delightful hotel.

We planned a 7 night stay in a 3 bedroom suite with 6 adults and 2 children (20 months and 7 months). We had excellent communication with the staff in planning our trip. upon arrival, we were not given the ground floor room we were promised and had to stay in a 3rd floor room for 1 night until a gound floor room was available. We were told our room had to be changed due to other travelers who needed accomodations for 4 months, which i found to be highly unprofessional.

In moving rooms the next day, we had to have all of our belongings ready and had to wait for our new room to be cleaned and ready, leaving my sister and her 20 month old running around in the courtyard for nearly an hour, when we were told our room would be ready in minutes.

Overall, the Bellasera had so much to offer in terms of amenities, however the customer service was lacking. For example, we had to find a waitress to wait on us at a poolside table, who was slow to bring drinks, and mixed up our checks. Our last day was the first time an employee asked us if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our stay (Sal at Zizi's). Also, we had run into a few issues with housekeeping coming late and ringing the doorbell/knocking loudly after we had notified them that babies were sleeping. My sister also had to notify staff of a very noisy, squeeky crib and on the 3rd complaint, she was brought a new, wooden crib that was a huge upgrade from the orphanage-looking metal ones we were given originally.

My Mother and Sister took great time and care in planning the trip and we had very high expectations due to the rave reviews we read on trip advisor. If we hadn't run into a few kinks, i think they could have received an excellent review. They are still in communication with management with our concerns.

Stayed for 3 nights in a 2BR suite. Very spacious, immaculate, extremely well appointed, very relaxing and comfortable. Outstanding location, 2 short blocks to 5th Avenue. Excellent service from a very professional, friendly staff. We will definitely return to the Bellasera. Highly recommend it.

We booked a travel bundle through travelocity and got a great deal on this hotel. We stayed in Naples during MLK weekend for the Naples 1/2 marathons, and to visit some family. The location of this hotel is amazing! It is right down the street from the shops and dining of 5th street, and about a 10 min walk to the beach. The rooms themselves are great! Extremely clean, and very nicely furnished! See the attached pictures for more details. The room had a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. We are all very sad to leave this place, its so great! The pool was awesome as well! There were a lot of free loungers and cabanas. Overall this was an amazing place to stay :)

2d time staying at this hotel, and will definitely make it back! Gorgeous, spacious room with balcony overlooking the pool, with great bed and jacuzzi in the bathroom. We had dinner twice at the restaurant. Easy walk in to town; beach is a bit further, but certainly walkable. We also used the complimentary bikes to get around Naples. Very convenient to the Gambier Park tennis facility. Only mild complaint is that we could hear our neighbors in the next room; walls seemed not as thick as some other hotels.

A home from home, no better

After a suites hotel who wants a bedroom only?

Quality fittings, great atmosphere and service and within walking distance of the centre of Naples.

I really liked bellasera. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Price was great considering that we had a pretty large living space, full kitchen, washer/dryer. The decor seemed to be top of the line (much fancier than my own home :)). Wireless is free, which I always appreciate. We tried the restaurant our first night (mostly b/c we were too exhausted to go out). Ambiance was only ok, but food was very good.

We chose this hotel b/c of the price and that it was only about 15 min walk from the downtown area. We would stay here again were we to ever visit Naples again.
