I know that sounds odd. We were on on way to Inca's Kitchen, or if they were too crowded, we planned to try whatever other restaurant was in that plaza... And we ended up here. I grew up eating a lot of authentic Vietnamese food, so I knew what I was in for, or so I thought.
Apparently, the restaurant sublets to a New Mexican restaurant, on the weekends. I ordered the ginger chicken, which was delicious, but the Mexican staff came up and offered us some of their homemade ceviche, was the best I have had in over a decade.
All of the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was really delicious.
I will go back, but for the Mexican food, and not the Vietnamese. I had tons of questions for the Mexican staff . They will probably officially establish their restaurant as Seven Seas. But it is definitely worth visiting... And ask for the Mexican menu.
