Our 5 day stay at Park Shore Resort was our second visit here in the past year. We have developed a preference for condo or suite style lodging as we enjoy the extra room compared to a normal hotel room. Park Shore is not the Ritz, but does provide comfortable, spacious and clean accomodations with lovely grounds. There are some nice touches such as full kitchens with granite counters, 2 bathrooms per unit, large balconies or lanais overlooking the interior lagoons and landscaping, plenty of parking, top rate toiletries, beach towels, low-cost rental of beach chairs and umbrellas, and free computers in the lobby. There are some deficiencies but none that will ruin your stay, such as : no breakfast served on premises, no elevators in the 2 story buildings (only in the 3 level buildings), no in-room internet connections, no washer/dryer in the units.
Another nice thing about this hotel is the close proximity (1 block) to a supermarket, drug store, and several restaurants. The beaches are only a few minutes away, as is Venetian Village Mall. All in all, a nice place to spend a vacation.
