This was a wonderful hotel with a beautiful pool and beach area. The rooms were very nice and the customer service was excellent (which is not consistent at Marriott brand hotels)! If you are heading to Naples, I would definitely consider staying here!

The best service we have ever had in the USA. As good as you get in Asia. Since our last visit many improvements in variety of restaurants where you can now get Sushii as well as the usual steaks. Compulsory valet parking with attendants asking for tips is a big negative. This is a money making racket and lowers the whole atmosphere of the hotel. A useful tip is the gourmet coffee shop on the lobby floor where you can buy sandwiches to take away -saves you coming back from the beach at lunchtime

Not many places in the world where you can enjoy such a scenery ! With this the sunset really get's very special. Very nice service. After 8 p.m. be aware of moskitos ! Beautiful and well maintained beach. On April 17 2012 at 7:45 a.m. a group of 4 dolphins was strolling along the beach, just some 90 yards away ... Superb fitness-room. Overall the best place to stay in Naples - we'll be back !

We just got back from a work conference trip for my husbands franchise business. We would never pay out of pocket to stay at a ritz but that is where the convention was so we enjoyed and took advantage of the opportunity. It is a beautiful resort! The beach out front of the hotel was wonderful so we only ended up at the pool very briefly as the beach was where we wanted to be. It was a very short walk on their boardwalk to get to and the sand was beautiful, white and soft.
We stayed in a room with a view, it was gorgeous and the bed was extremely comfy. We had a balcony and I loved that.
The down side is that the amenities were a fortune! Everything is overpriced. I have to admit that their milk shake like, beach served, piña colada was delicious! My favorite ever BUT it was $15.00 and came out of a slushy machine thing. Plus we tipped the guy so the drinks, which were very average size, we're about $18.00 a pop.
The restaurants were all very overpriced as well including continental breakfast. The food was good, not worth what you have to pay though. It was clear to me that to enjoy a trip here and not stress about expenses you just have to have a lot of disposable income and not mind throwing money down the drain.
The staff was a mixed bag. Lots of stuffy, snobby, rude waiters, one friendly female waitress but housekeeping was always friendly. Front desk was kind and let us have a late check out which was great as our flight left at almost 6pm.
So to sum it up, if you have lots of money that you are eager to spend, go here!!

Room Tip: The Coastal View room is beautiful!
