I hear a motor that comes on every hour or so from somewhere outside. I mention it to the hotel receptionist and he has no idea what it is.

But that's not all. I hear the elevator go every time it goes up and down. I hear someone tapping and pounding from down the hall. I hear the TV from the next room, but that keeps me entertained when my TV shuts down and reboots itself every so often.

The room itself is very spacious (i upgraded to the Executive King with sofa) and has a small living room area. It also has a mini-fridge and microwave which I like to have in case i need it. Although it is not inexpensive, it is lower cost than most hotels in the pricey Naples area.

If it wasn't so noisy I would consider it a fair value. But I won't come back again.

Absolutely horrendous. If your idea of homely and clean is the Quinta . Omg ! ,I have never stayed in such a dirty horrible room . Tlc. It needs CPR. Shower curtain mouldy, tops of every surface thick of dust, windows inside the double glazing were disgusting. Dead flies, dirt, mould and cobwebs. Last time cleaned? Who knows. I can do basic if it's clean. Dirty and disgusting I can not. We have stayed in hotels the world over and I can honestly say this is totally unacceptable on every level. DO NOT STAY.

Room Tip: Just don't

Hotel & room was clean & comfortable though the room could do with some tlc. It lacked pictures on wall making it feel very stark. The shower curtain was torn and needed replacing as this meant it would not stay in place easily.

This hotel is close to downtown Naples and shares a parking lot with good restaurant, has great waffles in their breakfast bar, and is dog friendly. Look beyond the age of some areas and focus on the friendly home-like atmosphere and you will keep coming back like we do.

It's quite easy to get to various places in Naples, and only a few minutes drive to I-75. Room is clean, and front desk staffs were pleasant. You can walk to Oliver Garden which is located in the same parking lot. However there're lots of room for improvement for their breakfast. The offerings were so limited that we couldn't stand eating there for more than 2 straight mornings.
