Canaveral National Seashore includes this historical house, a visitor's center with a nice seashell collection and some fabulous beaches! Wonderful for swimming, fishing, biking and walking. It is so beautiful and non-commercial.

What a wonderful part of history preserved for all of us to enjoy and learn from. Nice sand walking to the house. Great river views, also.
The unisex toilet located at the entrance of park was disgusting! Something needs to be done about it, or just CLOSE it down!

Very interesting history of the area, well maintained. But it isn't open too often so you have to be lucky to be there when it is open.

This is an interesting exhibit of the house, a brief historical film, and pictures and artifacts of what the house and the surrounding area was like from the late 19th century until the last owners left in 1959. It is located inside the Canaveral National Seashore Park, so you need to have a pass or pay an admission fee to the park to be able to visit it.
