We stayed here the end of July in room 804. This was the top floor and we were dead center, oceanfront. This was a two bedroom unit (I think they all are) that was privately owned. The full kitchen actually had more in the way of utensils, etc than most other places I've stayed. We also had two full baths, nice tv,dvd player, etc.

The unit was very clean and maintained as were the rest of the grounds. The only downside is if you got back to the property later in the evening the parking lot was full. You could park across the street in a small lot. For some reason lots of cars parked in the grassy areas of the main parking lot. I was rather surprised that security allowed this.

I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Recently stayed at the Oceania Beach Club. Location, location, location. It's right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops on Flagler Avenue. Stayed in an oceanfront unit (406) which was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped.
Nice pool.
Will stay there again.

This place is right on the beach and walking distance to Flagler avenue where they have good restaurants and shops. Our kids loved the beach, the water is very shallow for a good distance which makes it great for smaller kids. The building has gone through a complete makeover and loooks great. We stayed in Unit 805, the unit is oceanfront with a great view, it was updated with clean and comfortable beds and furniture. We can't wait to go back. Try Bostons Restaurant a few blocks away, Awsome food.

This was a last-minute, walk-in stay after driving to the beach for the day. The property has been renovated and updated - as the 6th floor oceanfront unit I stayed in was very nice. Equipped as a condo rental, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony, the cost and availability were outstanding - especially given the oceanfront location as well as handy access to Flagler Ave locations a very short walk away. The front desk staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. If you are looking for a laid-back, friendly, clean place to stay - I certainly wasn't disappointed. New Smyrna is more a locals beach and not as developed as Daytona or other places - thus the appeal away from the maddening crowds. Breakers, a great beach eatery with fantastic burgers and views of the ocean are just steps away, along with all of the charm of Flagler Ave with it's shops, bars, art galleries, and eating establishments as well as the usual beach rentals. Easy access to the Intercoastal and all of it's activities makes this a great spot. The beach rentals are reasonable and worth checking out everything from umbrellas, to scooters, surf boards and quite a bit else. Not far from Chase's further south and J.B. Fish Camp - I would highly recommend New Smyrna for anyone looking for the authentic Florida experience. Low-key and laid-back, just as the beach should be.

The entire building has undergone a complete rennovation and the place is beautiful. Ask for room 304. It is very clean and comfortable.

My husband and I have stayed at Oceania at least 14 weekends over the past two years. Each unit is individually owned and furnished, and some are nicer than others- but only once did we request a change because of the condition of a unit.

Every visit we've noticed that improvements have been made to the building itself and many of the units have recently been refurbished. With it's location on the beach and closeness to the great shops and restaurants on Flagler Avenue, we will continue to stay at Oceania when we visit NSB.

The location is great, by the beach. However, the building itself is old. The room we got has very crappy bed, bad lighting. Our bed was crappy, we all didn't sleep well with sunken bed/ defective springs. Housekeeping knocks every morning asking if you need anything. However, they do not provide shampoo (i dont know why). We also do not have hairdryer! THe couch was also very old and "sunken." The staffs are friendly but the room itself and the furniture inside was very outdated. Poor lighting.
