Gulfside Beach Club
Reviewed 6 January 2013

My extended family and I return and return to this beloved beach club for so many reasons. I have stayed in many different rooms, each uniquely decorated and incredibly cleaned--with my own washer/dryer, so I can wash a small load daily. The beach is always almost empty--as it's private--and the water is a spectacular clear blue, with little fish you can see--or manatees swimming along with dolphins. It's very peaceful. There is a rotunda that guests gather at in the evening for cocktails, and the manager, Karen, often has something fun going on. She introduces guests to each other, so if you want to make friends, it's easy. And, when I have wanted to be alone, she makes sure that I have everything I need. She is almost always there and adds wonderful little touches to your room--welcome notes--shells---you name it. i've seen a bunch of weddings there--it's great for that, and the same people seem to return year after year....er....maybe they don't want anyone else to know about this precious gem. But, I love it--spouses and sisters love it. It's a great place to meet family and relax.

Room Tip: Hmmmm, I've never had a bad room--of course, facing the beach is great, but the other rooms are...

We've stayed at Gulfside Beach Club on Casey Key beach many time and have always found it to be a clean and fun place to stay. The manager, Karen, is there almost every day and is super helpful in making sure your vacation is a good as it can be. The condo units have all been updated in the last couple years with all the comforts of home, such as, washer, dryer, full kitchen, tiled bath, HD TV, WiFi, and beautiful bedrooms. Of course, the view of the beach and gardens are always awesome. There are even new loungers for us to use on the beach!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Gulfside Beach Club and it was just about perfect! We stayed in Cottage #2. The space was freshly painted, immaculately clean and very spacious.
The gulf view was gorgeous and peaceful. Saw dolphins from the patio! Karen is the on site manager and checked on us multiple times. Really can't say enough! We will return.

Squeaky clean, unbeatable oceanfront location, beautiful property, friendly staff, unforgettable sunsets... the list of reasons we come back to Gulfside Beach Club again and again is endless. This small condo complex on the very quiet end of Casey Key Beach has everything we could want and more. We just returned from our third stay and will undoubtedly be back again. It's so nice to have found a place that continually exceeds out expectations.

Room Tip: Since we are traveling with little ones (2 & 4) we rent condo #9, which has 2 bedrooms. We love...

Family has been going to the Gulfside beach Club for over 50 years. Maybe I shouldn't review it because it will get harder to rent.

There are eight beach side duplexes, two garden view rooms and two two bedroom upstairs units.

Each unit is furnished differently but they all have a kitchen, smaller sized with dishes, pots and pans and flatware. Bedroom, washer/dryer (small stackable.)', deck, and nice sized living rooms. Be sure to bring your own soaps and extra paper goods. You can cook or drive into town for meals. It is so relaxing to have your drink of choice and go to the tiki hut to watch the sunset.

Even though Gulfside is old,it is not run down. The rooms are sparkling clean when you chek in.

Room Tip: If you want to be away from people choose room 1 or 8, they are on the ends. Other rooms you will b...

We stayed for our week's honeymoon in an immaculate cottage next door managed by Karen Armstrong, Gulfside Beach Club. The one bedroom house is tastefully appointed and directly on the beach with a boardwalk over the small band of fragile vegetation. Large living area with wall of sliders leads to a partially shaded terrace facing the water. Huge flat screen TV and open kitchen (well equipped). A second terrace with large dining table and chairs is on the side of the house. Comes equipped with Weber grill and washer/dryer in addition to the usual kitchen appliances. The bedroom is on the small side but it's not important as any renter would be spending most of the time outside! The amazing feature is the huge L-shaped shower--you could fit a basketball team in there--which has dual heads and a huge hot water heater. House has both AC and ceiling fans. Linens and towels are high quality. I'm told that the units at Gulfside Beach Club are very similar. A very good value for such a nice house in a lovely location.
