“Great food and location, pity about the owner”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 February 2014

The Ferry inn is wonderfully located and the food was fine, the staff were good besides the rude manager/owner of the place. I had a table booked for 10 people and you would have thought he would be a little more cheerful for our custom under these fiscally challenging times. I would not want to come back after his level of rudeness and the other 9 with me concur with that assessment, 10 paying customers lost because of the manager who should be impeccable in character.

“best kept B&B in this part of Pembrokeshire”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 January 2014

i am from this part of the world and now work/live around london and i always struggle to find somewhere really nice to stay on my flying visits home, and i always always call these guys first.

Lovely cosy rooms, good beds, shinny clean, good shower, great little pub, great homely food, awesome breakfast, and a lovely view. In the summer when the pontoon is out the kids go crabing. There is a great little walk behind the pub and the location is great too as its in the middle between Pembroke, Milford and Haverforwest so a good place to get out and about. Local place, local people, local food all great!!!

“Fine if you want Sunday lunch”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 December 2013 via mobile

The Sunday lunches are very nice, we were so impressed that we thought we'd go back there to try a steak.....oh dear what a let down that turned out to be, both steaks were over cooked the chips were undercooked and had egg shell in amongst them (neither of us even had eggs with our meals) it was really poor, the young man behind the bar was very apologetic and did knock money off our bill. The same evening another couple were clearly unhappy with their meals, they got up and left, leaving their meals on the table. I certainly wont be going back in a hurry.

Fantastic setting for a lovely Sunday afternoon roast. The staff were fantastic. Top notch puddings and delicious Yorkshires. Will definitely visit again!

“Fantastic view - food ok”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 September 2013

Fantastic view, welcome at the bar was not that inviting. There was a wait for food, but they were quite busy and it was freshly prepared - so im happy to wait. Pate portion rather small i thought. Mains were ok super fresh vegetables, Service very friendly. I would go again
