Love the wave pool with real waves that are 10 foot tall not some little splash. The park has many tube rides and body slides that were good but some are very short.

Disappointed with the changes since we last visited in 2016. This water park had a unique quality and use to make you feel like you were really away on an island. It use to be my favourite place to visit. Unfortunately now with the removal of the shark reef and the pearl factory, it now just feels like a regular old water park. There’s now enticing feature here to make me want to drive 24hoirs just to visit this place like it use to. I was disappointed to say the least. This will probably be our last visit to the water park it’s no longer worth the extra money for tickets.

This is Disney's other water park and it has a shipwreck as it's centrepiece. The wave pool at this park is so much fun, but the waves can be a little strong for the little ones if they get too deep. This park also has tube rides everywhere - one that the whole family can go on, as well as single and double tubes and body slides. The four-person tube ride was one of my favourites since we could all ride together. The lazy river is also enjoyable and relaxing. This park was closed during our February visit, but was open when we went in the fall - be sure to check the refurbishment schedules before you go. Each of the resorts has a bus that will bring you to the water park making it easy to get to and from. There are several places where you can grab a bite to eat, but they have the typical expensive theme park prices.

For the first time, we took a chance and added the water park option to our Disney tickets. Instead of a rest day, we went to Typhoon Lagoon. We had a blast (but we certainly didn't rest). We got there when they opened in order to ride the slides without a line. Turns out, there were no lines at any point in the day. It was a very warm day for November, in the upper 80s. We went up and down steps for a couple of hours. Misadventure Falls is a lot of fun and you ride up in your raft on a conveyor belt! We rode that one a lot. Crush n Gusher slides were a lot of fun too, but you had to carry your raft up. It felt like a roller coaster water slide and we had a blast! The Storm Slides were body slides with no raft. They were fun, but the path to get there went both up and down so by the time you got all the way to the top, you had actually walked DOWN a total of 43 steps! When you are climbing steps all day, to have climbed an unnecessary 43 slides is frustrating. The slides were fun though. Humunga Kowabunga is a steep slide that our kids liked, but it was rough on the lower back. My husband felt like his lower back was bruised after going down it a few times, and he is not a big guy. High wedgie factor on that slide. There were some smaller slides that we didn't ride much because our boys are older. But they would be great for young kids or weak swimmers. There was a cute little kids area. The lazy river is 1/2 mile long! It was fun and a great place to hang out if you are looking for shade.

This is the kind of restaurant you might expect in the city but it is located in a beautiful valley north of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Atmosphere reminds me of restaurants I’ve eaten in in Italy and the menu is quite extensive. Service is excellent.

If you are happy with the temperature (mid 80s) going to Typhoon Lagoon in November is the perfect time to go. The place is very quiet and you can easily get sun beds either in the shade or sun depending on your preference. Lots of rides for all ages.

For over 20 years we have been coming here and year after year we love it , however yesterday I saw a different side to Disney staff members , the bar on the beach were very rude and even when it states ID requirement , I UK driving license with photo ID was refused . The bartender said needs to be a passport , when questioned it didn’t state this he refused to comment so we walked away . Not giving Disney money at a bar again

We had 2 fantastic days here on our holiday. Lots of family friendly rides, plus the big wave. Also delicious food, and snacks.

We visited on a Friday in October and it was quiet. We didnt have to queue for the rides (maximum 10 minute wait) which was great. The food was nice and the kids loved the place.

Would definitely return.
