WorldQuest Orlando Resort

This resort is very well located and seemed new.
You can choose a home in this hotel because they have 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen. The room we stayed behaved 6 people comfortably.
You must pay for cleaning and it is not cheap.
The pool and gym are very good. The parking is great and the hotel atmosphere is family. The breakfast is a mess, because the room is small for such a large resort. But, you can get breakfast and take to your room.
If you are looking for comfort, this is the place.

We had a very good deal on this place and I was skeptical since there are so many mixed reviews however we booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and it was great!
We couldn't believe how large it was. The kitchen there is larger than ours at home. The master is the nicest with access to a large closed balcony so you can sit outside without any bugs and also connected to a large bathroom that has shower and Jacuzzi. The second room has the bathroom right next to it (simple toilet and shower) and double beds. There was also a washer and dryer in unit.
We did not have to pay any housekeeping fees as part of our deal so we did not have any issues with that. We also can't comment on the pool as we didn't have a chance to use it but it looked nice. The location is also very good for Disney as it's about 15 minutes from the gate.
Free wifi and free breakfast
Had we not had the deal, I'm not sure we'd be able to afford it however I would recommend this place and stay here again myself.

Loved the property and accommodations. Very satisfied and would definitely return. Close to great restaurants, shopping, and of course Disney parks. I liked the option of housecleaning services to save a few extra dollars.

If you think you are going to get something for nothing, then this is not for you. If you go into it knowing that you are paying $100-$150 a night for a 2 or 3 bedroom condo, then you will not be disappointed when you get what you pay for. There is no way a hotel could charge that little and keep up with the maintenance, customer service, etc. But if you have a large family and can't afford something more, then you will be fine. Just don't expect something nice. (and when the manager writes some b.s. comment after my review, I would only ask that instead of paying someone $1.00/hour in India to answer these reviews, buy lightbulbs for the burnt out ones in your bathrooms and extra towels for the people that pay the $6/day for them)

Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. WorldQuest is conveniently located to all the parks. We never experienced any traffic getting back and forth to the parks. Our room was perfect, large, spacious and nicely appointed. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. After spending all day at the park it was the perfect escape. We didn't want to leave. The photos on their website accurately represent the property. The breakfast was adequate an perfect if you plan to get an early start in the morning. We eat at 6:30am and didn't experience any crowds. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We stayed in building one.

Room Tip: Building one was a great location balcony over looked the pool.

The service was very poor. The front desk staff varied from being extremely nice and undiligent, and extremely rude and diligent. We had a reservation for a 3 bedroom 3 bath suite abd we were given a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom upon arrival. Then when we requested a change, we were given a 3bd 2bth. The third day of our stay, we were finally given what we had asked for.

The room with the 3bd/3bth is very nice but the others were outdated, old, and badly maintained. The gardens and stairs are nicely maintained.

Watch out! The hallways are barely cleaned. We had someone with a dog staying in one of the rooma in the compounf and there was a pile of dog poop on the hallway for three days in a row and it was not picked up. Likewise, there were several instances in which there was pee, garbage, dirt stains, etc that would remain for days and would not be cleaned until we wpuld mention something.

The gym was tiny (it had two treadmills, one bench, and a weight rack in a space that is max 4 x 2 meters. The continental breakfast is not 'supervised' so people walk in with boxes and take boxes and boxes of what is served leaving many without breakfast.

The only good thing was the actual 3bd 3bth suite.

Dear Mximedc,

I am so sorry to hear about your impression that you have of our resort. If you reserved a certain type of suite, we should have had that for you on your arrival date.

We have a no pet policy, and the staff had not heard of any pets passing through our security gate any time in the past few months.

Regarding your breakfast concerns, it is a complimentary light continental breakfast, and of course we allow guests to bring what they choose back to their families in their rooms.

Again, my apologies for your experience and I hope you will try us again.

Sincerely,
Tim P. Gross

We went to Orlando for Christmas and need a place that would accommodate my wife and I and also her sister's family (Her sister, husband, and two daughters). After considering getting two separate hotel rooms we stumbled upon WorldQuest. We booked it early enough that we got the "Early Booking" price which was great. (Cheaper than getting two hotel rooms)We got a 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom unit. The reviews were not wrong!!! There was a total of 4 Flat Screen TV's in the Unit. A nice full kitchen which was great for cooking a quick breakfast. And it was quiet.

Some of the reviewers have mentioned "hidden fees". I am not sure what they are talking about. It is there in Black and White. If you stay less than x-number of days, there is a resort/cleaning fee. Also, if you want towel service (fresh towels everyday) there is a fee. There was a washing machine in our unit. We always had fresh towels. All is explained to you on the WEB site. Also, when you check-in...all is explained.

On the way from the airport, I missed the turn-off to go to the resort and ended up down in the Disney area. Well....it took a few minutes to get back, but everything worked out well. From the airport, look for the Nickelodeon hotel and turn LEFT! Stay on that road and you will see the sign. Also, just down the road is a Wal-Mart if you need anything you forgot.

I highly recommend this Resort if you stay off property. You are 15 minutes to Disney, 15 minutes to Sea World, and about 20 minutes to Universal. These are based on my experience, but there was a lot of traffic when we were there.

Room Tip: The units that are further away from the pool are quieter. They are also newer.
