“One word .....Amazing !”
Reviewed 20 September 2011

This was a fabulous hotel from the word go, we were upgraded on arrival and had the luxury of having all the amenities we needed, it was like a home from home !! Our view was great, pool was lush, and we were minutes away from absolutely everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff were extremely helpful, a lady called Brittany was super helpful ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone from families to couples ! I can't say enough good things !!

Room Tip: We had the one bedroom executive but were upgraded to a suite with a balcony and full kitchen, this...

Found this Hotel by chance and what a hotel it turned out to be. The Rooms and public area's were spotless, the staff were so friendly and helpfull, especially the assistant manager Fabio who went far and beyond his duty to help my Wife and I, thanks again. The resort fee is well worth every cent for the attention to detail. I have no problem what so ever in recommending this Hotel, and already I am looking forward to another visit.

I could not fault this hotel, very clean, great facilities and the staff are excellent. I found the location to be really good, just down the road from Wet and Wild and Universal, but not too close to anything that made it a nice quiet spot without being far away from anything we needed. Nice little pool and bar, and breakfast was pretty good too, a little pricier than going out to eat but reasonable and good quality. Maid service was minimal but would not complain beds made, fresh towels, dishwasher powder, washing powder replaced etc every day, if room was messy it was down to us being messy. Britney on the front desk was a star, very friendly and helpful, and would always try and go the extra mile for you. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando looking for a hotel.

Room Tip: Travelled with wife, Mother-in-law and sister-in-law and we comfortably stayed in a one bedroom apar...

Having been disapointed in the past we chose this hotel on the basis of the reviews given by other guest's on this excellent site, We have had a fantastic two week vacation and the hotel deserves all the praise that it receives in these reviews.
The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you, The resort fee paid is worth every cent for the level of service and cleanliness in both the room's and public area's.
I would advise this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good holiday base in the Orlando area.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the pool have a southerly aspect and are light and sunny.

Found this hotel through tripadvisor and despite being concerned about possible noise took a chance and booked it. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and never heard a single noise from any other room for the whole 2 weeks. The room was very clean and service was very efficient and we never saw a single maid, but Our room was always cleaned when we were out. It's slightly away from International Drive, although it is walking distance, but we always went out in our hire car and I would recommend having a hire car if you stay here as there is only limited theme park transfer service. We didn't eat at the cafe or pool bar/restaurant. The gym equipment could use some attention, especially the weight machine, where some of the exercises were not working and the running machines could do with a service. WiFi in the lobby is fast, although it would be nice to have WiFi in the rooms. This will definitely be our Orlando base the next time we are in town.

Very nice property, very quiet and away form the business of international drive. Do not agree with the resort fee because they do not have room service i think if you have to pay that fee you should have access to room service.

Room Tip: 12 floor had spectacular view

First of all, this is a geat resort in a pretty good location. It is within walking distance of the huge Wet and Wild waterpark and is also close to quite a few restaurants including T.G.I. Fridays, Pizza Hut, Buffalo Wild Wings and other burger joints and privately owned family style restaurants. We chose a king suite which for lack of a better term was a "one bedroom apartment" and included king size bet, huge bathroom with whirlpool tub, large tile shower and seperate water closet, full size fridge, microwave, stove and cooktop, blender, toaster, washer and dryer, and icemaker in the fridge. There was ample silverware, plates, bowls, glasses and coffee cups, oh, and a coffee maker of course. There was a couch in the living area that folded to a bed and a four chair dining table. Housekeeping included touch up cleaning which was making the bed everyday, clean towels and very minor cleaning if needed. We never saw the cleaning crew in our room the entire length of our stay. They were very fast and effecient. The view from our balcony was a nice view of the pool area and the size was nice. This an incredible place to stay for the price that we paid. I have paid more for a single hotel room in less desireable locations. HUGE bang for the buck!!!!!!! I almost feel guilty for pointing out a couple of drawbacks but I feel that I must for the sake of prudence. Just be mindful that these things would by no means keep me from going back in the future but I think could easily be improved. First, the fitness center is...... well, just bad. It consisted of two treadmills, and ellipitical machine and a broken "weight machine". It did include towels and a water cooler though. The breakfast, which buy the way, was included in our package deal but the staff at the front desk forgot to give us our vouchers at check in, was... well..... not very good at all. The regular price was about 10 bucks and included coffee, oatmeal, scrambled eggs and egg whites, cereal, yogurt, bagels and bread for toast. If you requested them you could also have fruit and microwave pancakes or french toast. There were also a couple of different juices that were usually watered down because of the ice melting and that was about it. I was very disappointed because with just a few additions this could be a great breakfast but it just wasn't. I actually ate fruit and yogurt every morning for breakfast. Internet service is a little bit of a challenge in that that the only wireless is in the lobby and it is hardwired in the rooms. We asked if we could print an email at the front desk and were told that the business center was operated independently and charged for usage. There were one or two small things that were just slightly annoying but nothing major at all. The bar that is at the pool is fantastic and the bartenders are pretty fun. A little advice about location. If you are planning on going to the major theme parks, the outlet malls, better restaurants, ect. Go ahead and rent a car and pick it up at the airport. Our cab ride to the hotel was approximately 70 bucks. The rental car for the rest of the trip was only 300 bucks. You cant take your chances with the shuttles to the theme parks but they leave at a certian time and return at a certian time. Waiting is just part of the free ride.
The staff at this resort is very pleasn't and accomidating. My friend dropped a wine bottle on the floor while we were there and the stafff was up immediately and cleaned up the mess. It was a great trip and I would love to stay at this resort again. I can't imagine finding a better value anywhere in Orlando!!!!!

Room Tip: All King Suites have a balcony. Spend the few extra bucks. It's worth it!!!
