Nice rooms and location. Generous breakfast. Clean property. Wifi was a little spotty but not a big deal. They have dinner snacks a several times a week with drinks.

We just got back from a fantastic trip to Orlando. The Staybridge Suites helped make our vacation. It was so nice to get up in the morning and get a free breakfast. The location was great. Close to all the Disney parks, Universal, and super close to Sea World. Restaurants, Walgreen's and Winn-Dixie all within walking distance.

We did see a few cockroaches on our first day, but we called the front desk and a pest control person came up and we never saw one again.

The kids enjoyed the pool and the water was warm.

Parking was free and very close to the rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, but I'd read it was quieter. We didn't have any problems with noise and the beds were pretty comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's not a super fancy hotel, but if you're looking for value, location, and free breakfast, it was great!

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights and have no complaints about the accommodation or the location. It was perfect for getting to the theme parks and attractions in Orlando but located in a quiet setting. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was of a good standard and plenty of variety to meet most tastes. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel for only one night, and the overall experience was very good. However, there is a minor remark: The suite we had one bedroom and one living room. The bathroom area has a sink that is part of the bedroom. Thus, if someone wants to wake up early, or to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, he'll probably wake up everyone in the bedroom. Apart from this - we had everything we were looking from. The hotel is near all the Disney parks (and the downtown Disney area). It's less than 20 minutes drive from the airport. The suite was big, with a large living area, a nice kitchen (fully stocked) and more than enough closet space. Breakfast was great, and the pool area is nice. Bottom line - you get a great value for your money.

Stayed in the two bedroom TRIO style room, which sleeps 6 plus 2 on sofabed. Table in eating area is barely large enough for 4. Living area is small and comfortable for 3 adults--one smallish sofa and one chair with ottoman. Kitchen was stocked with place settings, but only two pans and a skillet, so this is not the place to bring a family and expect to cook much in the way of meals. (Also, not sure it was stocked for 4 or six.) Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, outdoor pool was heated to a wonderful temperature. Free breakfast wasn't all that good, but did have the usual omelets (which we all voted not worth eating), bacon that was overdone, OJ that tasted watered down, waffles, cereals and breads. There are inside and also beautiful outdoor spots for eating. The front desk personnel were efficient but weren't overly friendly or accommodating. There are no elevators here so if your room is not ground level, you will be climbing 2-3 flights of stairs with your luggage. No outside patio for the rooms, at least on 2nd/3rd floors. The "stairs" portion of the building was not particularly well maintained. The steps needed to be swept and there were garbage bags of trash on some landings--didn't make a great first impression. The pool area was very pretty. As I said before, the rooms seemed very clean, beds were comfortable and pool area very nice, especially the heated pool. I mention the other items only in case you are planning on bringing a family to the 2 bedroom or TRIO unit and are expecting there to be plenty of living room space and a well supplied kitchen. The price, compared to a two hotel rooms, is VERY reasonable.

Room Tip: If you can't climb stairs, make sure you request a first floor room.

This property was everything we were looking for. We chose the two bedroom trio suite. Suite A had the king size bed, walk in closet, and ensuite bath. Suite B had two double beds, double closet, and ensuite bath. In between the two was the kitchen/living room. Housekeeping even put all dishes through the dishwasher everyday. The breakfast was so good every morning. We had so much choice and usually tried most of it. Waffles, oatmeal, cereals, eggs, bacon, ham, yogurt, muffins, juices, etc. Jose was amazing every morning. Don't even try taking your used dishes to the cart. He's there to get them the second you are done. The hotel is a few minutes from the entrance to the Disney area. The street is lined with restaurants, with the grocery and liquor stores immediately across the side street. The staff is friendly and we couldn't have been happier. The only thing we found odd was how hot the pool was heated. One day we came home tired and hot from the parks only to jump into a hot pool.We enjoyed that temperature at 9 at night this first week of October, but during the day? The grounds were kept spotless and there was plenty of parking, poolside chairs, places to sit and hang out.
We will definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying again.

Room Tip: There are no elevators but only a few floors. My request for a ground floor room was granted. There...

Stayed here the first week of October. The location is great with lots of restaurants close by. There is even a liquor store, and grocery store right across the street. The location is also very convenient for Disney World, which is just 1 exit up on the I-4.

The room: The rooms are dated but we understand that they are going to be renovating them in the next year. The room was sufficient size for me, my husband, and our 3 year old son. We really appeciated having the kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, and stove. The one thing I didn't like about the room is that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom. That meant that if we were taking a shower at night, my son couldn't fall asleep until we were done and if we showered in the morning, he was awoken by the shower and fan. Definitely made it hard to get up early and get myself ready before everyone else got up. Although the room did seem clean, we did come across a couple of huge beetles(cockroaches?) on our last day. Because it was late on our last day, we didn't tell hotel staff about our findings. However, I have no doubt that they would have switched us to another room if we had told them (I've since emailed them to let them know so they can inspect and treat the room). The staff actually phoned us a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was going well - we were very impressed with the level of service received during our stay.

Buffet Breakfast - We enjoyed having the buffet breakfast. It saved us the time and money of going to eat in a restaurant. I think the food offered is more than enough - they have waffles, eggs (scrambled or omelets), bacon, sausage, or ham, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, juices, coffee, tea, and milk.

Hotel grounds - as someone else mentioned, the grounds are very clean. They have a nice seating area beside the pool area. The pool itself is a reasonable size. We were there during off season so it wasn't too busy.

I'd be interested in seeing this hotel once it's all renovated. The only suggestion I would make is if possible, try to reconfigure the rooms so the bathroom is not located within the bedroom. Also, it would be a nice touch to have a playground for the kids.
