As soon as we arrived to our room we went back to the front desk and booked another night! There was plenty of space, super clean and recently updated. We traveled with 3 adults and 2 kids so it was perfect to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms. Free breakfast, great customer service and 10-15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom.

I chose this hotel cause of it's high rating (number 14) on trip adviser. Well for the first time in 3 years trip advisor got it wrong. My family of 5 are staying in a 2 bedroom apartment, we paid over $700 for 4 days. But we are very disappointed with this place, it's too small, very very basic, nothing special at all. You can tell they have recently renovated but still I think this should be down as a 2*. I partly blame myself to be fair though, cause we usually only stay in 4* or 5* hotels, but cause I booked late there weren't many kitchenette style apartments available.

The bathrooms are clean and towels are changed daily but the bathroom is so tiny, you'll literally be bumping into the bathroom door.

This is the first hotel I've ever seen that uses paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast. Cheap cheap, sorry.

The location is perfect though. So to summerize, if you are coming for an overnight visit this place is ok, but if coming for a family vacation for 2 days or more then you'll be better off at Wyndham bonnet creek or somewhere else.

We appreciate your taking the time to share your review and thoughts regarding our suite hotel and our convenient location. I am very sorry to hear that your expectations were not met regarding our product and services and we understand that everyone has a choice (and preference) when selecting accommodations. For breakfast, we do offer both china and paper so that the guests that want to enjoy the outdoor patio in the morning can do so. China is available every day for our guests on the breakfast bar and I apologize if this was not noticed during your visit. Reviews have indicated that our suites are quite spacious and that our hotel is an excellent value for families; we are disappointed that you did not feel that our hotel was to your standards. Again, thank you for your comments and your feedback.

We were very impressed with Staybridge. The one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection. The staff were all very helpful and polite. It's only 7 minutes drive to Disney's Magic Kingdom as well.

Good news:
The front desk staff was very friendly. I requested a first floor room weeks in advance and was accommodated. They recognized me as a gold member in their rewards program and that was nice.

3 adults and 4 teens shared the 2 bedroom suite for an entire week quite comfortably. The living area was spacious enough for us to gather and the two bathrooms were a lifesaver. The pull out sofa is comfortable enough for kids but adults beware.

The property is very close to Disney which made travel to/from the park a breeze once we got our preferred route down. The hotel does offer shuttle service to the park but being that it was our first time at Disney, we weren't sure our plans would mesh with the shuttle schedule so we drove.

The breakfast was decent enough for a "free" offering. We didn't get to partake in the complimentary happy hour due to being at the theme parks all day.

We didn't utilize the full kitchen as much as I thought we would have but it was great to have a full sized refrigerator and freezer which we did utilize.

The laundry room was unexpectedly good sized with about 8 washers and dryers. Most hotels have one to two. The price per load (I believe $1.75) was comparable to what we've paid elsewhere.

Not so good news:
There is not a FULL maid service everyday. Towels, toiletries, etc are replenished every day but sheets are not changed everyday.

Even after maid service, something was ALWAYS missing. Either not enough towels, bath rug, bath tub mat, etc. It was always something. Of course every mention of missing items was accommodated immediately but the "what now?" we came to expect got on my nerves.

The AC was not balanced throughout the space. Master bedroom was warm, second bedroom and living area were cold. Those in the master had to freeze out the rest of the suite in order to be comfortable.

Overall:
I would definitely stay at this property again. The proximity to Disney and 2 br suites make it a do over.

Room Tip: Hotel does not have an elevator. If you're at all non ambulatory, request a first floor IN ADVANCE!

I found the hotel quite comfortable except for the central Air-conditioning which kept on going off and on (off more often) making the room a bit hot. Otherwise, the children loved their stay at Stay bridge. I will recommend the hotel provides a shuttle service also to Universal Studio as an additional perk.
