This hotel is the seventh circle of Hell. Where to begin? 1. LOTS of Roaches in room 2. No shower curtain so water everywhere 3. Expensive weak coffee bc no in room coffee maker 4. No in room wifi 5. Rude preoccupied non English speaking staff 6. Feels unsafe 7. Shabby inside and outside 8. DIRTY 9. The price is NOT worth it...for the love of God save yourselves

First of all, the internet only works in the lobby. The breakfast is not included.
It is a nice location, though, right in front of wet n' wild.
The room is on the old side and not very clean.
Bottom line is I would rather pay a little more to get a better service than stay there again.

We stayed here for two weeks, not a five star so what do you expect.... You get what you pay for, I can say that we did not have a bad experience perfect for a good nights sleep which is all you need for a two week break of theme parks etc....perfect location used shuttles for morning visits to parks 7.25am gets you to Epcot at bout 8.30 so best to get this one, or because you on international drive use the I trolley or the lynx buses.... We had our room cleaned every day fresh sheets, fresh towels... Yes the hotel needs updating but you are not going to look at the hotel..all staff couldn't be more helpful, you can book I trolley and park tickets at hotel very helpful staff on this desk.... Would deffo recommend this as a base for hotel at a great price perfect

Room Tip: We stayed in 422 top floor perfect, don't know what the other rooms are like but couldn't fault it

We stayed here for 2 nights. On arrival mid evening, we had to wait for another person being checked out, there were 2 staff, but one seemed pre occupied in avoiding dealing with customers. When it was our turn to be served it was quick and our room keys were passed to us with indication of where to find them.
The reception area isn't at all like the picture you see on here, maybe it was when first decorated, but it's very tired and well used now as is the rest of the hotel, we were warned not to use one set of lifts as the were prone to fail!!!
The rooms were very big! the beds were very comfortable, the floors (carpets) were slightly tacky in places (in a sticky way)
There was an open wardrobe, I think it was because the doors had previously fell off sometime long in the past. The combined TV cabinet and draw unit was falling apart, there was no way either of us dared to open at least 2 of the drawers, it was obvious they were broken. The shower unit was a bath/shower moulded unit, which had cracks in it. and the toilet seat was only half the size of the toilet bowl, almost like a training toilet seat for nippers.
The pool wasn't one of those to entice you in, the water looked clean, but the pool area was shabby.
If you're looking for a very cheap base were you don't mind feeling like your in a scene from Cagney and Lacey, then you'll be most happy there, however if you like your comforts and want to relax then I suggest this may not be what you're looking for.
They say you get what you pay for, and with this you really do, pay half the price you only get half the toilet seat...
We didn't eat there, we felt happier around the corner in the 'Black Angus Steak House' which was amazing. buffet breakfast for $5 each. and the rack of ribs are the best I've ever had!

Room Tip: We had the pool side! Which was noisy but not from the pool, it was from the noise of the indoor skydiving center, 6am to very very late! It maybe quieter at the back...

We stayed for nights and for the price I paid figured it was a steal. Arrived and had a pleasant check in. The keys for the rooms are big and bulky and don't fit into a wallet. Room was very damp and humid, and ac did not work. On the way up I noticed almost every door open with people inside the room because their ac did not work either. Housekeeping came at about 7:30 everyday. Great location in relation to universal. It's a 15 minute walk or a 6$ cab ride one way. Overall this place was not very clean and I would not stay here again
