Nice grounds at this hotel but the rooms are small and ours was dirty at check-in (toilet had not been cleaned, towels had stains.) also the toilet ran all night and the thermostat was broken. Terrible, and when you think about how much the Disney hotels cost, even the "moderate" ones...

I like the hotel the rooms are clean, it is easy to get to from anywhere on Disney property, it is landscaped very nice, the pool area is really nice, although it was too cold to use while we were there. I did not like the food court at all, we ate supper and breakfast there and neither one was any good, the only thing we ate there that I thought was any good was the pizza, I did like that. They don't have many options for snacks or drinks, I was really disappointed with that, but overall it isn't a bad place. The staff were all very nice and helpful, the hotel is very pretty I just did not like the food court at all I personally think it is the worse one on Disney property

Just came back from the best holiday of our life and the hotel was a massive part of that. A great pool area that I didnt expect to use that much, but felt like we wanted in every day. The magic touches the housekeepers did with my kids toys every time that they did the room was fantastic. The food was good and as part of the dining plan even better with the magic band! Transportation easy to parks and really dont have much bad to say about it at all.

Room Tip: We stayed at castilas area - yes the park is big, but it is so pretty that it actually doesnt matter...

We stayed in early November 2013. I was a little wary because of some negative reviews, but once we arrived, it was very nice. The staff was very courteous and we were offered help at every turn. The restaurants were very good, but pricey. Of course, that is Disney! Expect to pay double for anyting within the resorts and park, or just don't go. The ground were beautiful, and lots of nice walking paths around the property. The room was clean and comfortable. If you want extreme luxury, you need to go to a deluxe resort but be ready to pay the prices. If you want a nice, comfortable place to stay, this is a great option. They knew it was our anniversary and we had a "call" from Mickey waiting on our phone to sing Happy Anniversary to us. Nice touch.

My husband and I stayed here for our trip to epcots food and wine festival. This hotel was close to parks, provided convenient transportation, and was super clean. You pay Disney prices, but you get wonderful Disney service! We had a wonderful time at this resort. Recommend!

The Resort is very nice with a few activity for a family with children. The room are OK, not very cleaned. Wifi worked very poorly in the rooms. If you are interested in enjoying Disney parks only it is convenient but forget about being helped by the consierge in organizing or finding trasportation for non Disney parks or activities.
The restaurants are far from serving excellent food.

If traveling solo or without kids in tow this resort is perfect. Only a few kids roamed the property and the peace and quite was heavenly. The room was large enough for the two of us and it had a wonderful, soft, large king size bed. The bathroom area only had one sink, which makes getting ready a little difficult, but it was manageable. The lounge area was different than other lounges around the property, no kids and a very intimate environment. We had access to the business center and therefore had an opportunity for drinks in the evening and a continental breakfast in the morning. it was adequate for a couple of the days, but not an everyday fare. We would stay here again.
