Great professionalism and attentiveness. Responsive and helpful. Great value, I combined this business stay with a family visit with my son over the weekend and the hotel honored the conference rate. No detail is too small and the staff was friendly. We will becoming back to the hotel next year as we negotiated an additional year beyond the original three year agreement.

We visit Disney frequently. In the past, we have stayed at many Disney properties, but they seem to be showing their wear recently. We have stayed at the Waldorf two times and have had great experiences. Much better value for the money. The service is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Although expensive, the breakfast buffet at Oscar's is excellent.

Every time I visit a Waldorf Astoria property I fall in love deeper with the brand. This location is not only the best place in the Orlando area, but one of my favorite of the hotel chain. Elegant, sophisticated, confortable, friendly and astonishing service.

Great spot "off property" for a Disney trip. Service was terrific. More kid friendly than Disney because the staff provides personalized attention. Lazy river pool is extraordinary. Watched Epcot fireworks from hotel room, which was awesome.

Nice atmosphere and impecable room. The decoration could be more original or up-to-date, however its far from being tacky or of bad taste. Its a nice experience. The hotel is used more by adults, few kids were there. So its ideal fos groups of friends and families with no little kids.

Room Tip: Try rooms with view to the beautiful swimming pool.

My family and I spent our Christmas Holiday (12/13) in Orlando. Once again, the Waldorf Astoria was our hotel of choice. We've been staying with the Waldorf since their soft opening, in 2009. We fall more and more in love with the hotel, with each visit (sometimes several a year).

This visit like all the previous, imparted on my family memories that we will always hold dear. Memories like- walking down to the lobby and hearing/seeing the talented, exquisitely adorned Christmas Carollers, singing at the foot of the large Christmas Tree.

This was our second year spending Christmas at the Waldorf. It was noticeably more crowded- however, the staff managed the increased traffic flow with ease. One group of staffers that stood out however, was valet. Somedays, the front, outside entrance would look like a parking lot. Yet, we never waited long for our car and each day, despite the congestion- they always took the time to say "welcome back" and offer us waters for our long days in the parks. We missed seeing Stephen on this particular trip. He REALLY keeps those cars moving in and out!

As I write this, my husband is busy placing things in our suitcases. We are headed back for another visit THIS WEEK!!

We're looking forward to another fabulous stay-- AND-- some much needed SUNSHINE!!!
