I stayed here 5 days for a conference around President's day weekend. The staff here is top notch. I have stayed in many high end (as well as low end, and places inbetween), and the Waldorf is by far the best run with the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the pool. we could see the nightly Disney fireworks!

what a wonderful property! the rooms were gorgeous...the common areas were nice...the spa and the fitness center were great. The staff was very helpful and all of them had big smiles on their faces the entire trip. i would definitely go back on business or with the family.

A warm welcome awaited you at this hotel once checked in we went downstairs to the bar only to see it heaving with a convention party the noise was overwhelming we couldn't get into the restaurant as it had been fully booked by the convention people and the bar to the restaurant closes at 10 pm so not that good a start the adjoining room had noisy people in if they had not cheques out the next day we would have wanted to move but now that have all gone tranquility of a five star hotel resumes our room has a fabulous view over the golf course ( no bath salts or bubbles as it can irritate your skin ! ) but nice comfortable bed I think for a five star hotel you should not have to pay for water . The pianist player in the evening is fabulous .the pool staff are a little over attentive but the lunch is good try the you peel shell on prawns .

Room Tip: Check if there is a convention on as they were drunk at noisy luckily they moved out the day after w...

The stay here was what one would expect from a luxury hotel with the Waldorf's reputation. We are not used to being attended to 'hand and foot', so it took a little getting used to for us to have your every whim during you stay looked after - very capably. Upon entering the hotel lobby you get a sense of the opulence that welcomes you on this property. The staff are the shining star of this resort property. From the greeting you receive at the door when you arrive, to the moment you leave -every contact you have with any member of the staff is unquestionably a positive one. Kudos to the management for the high caliber of staff selection and training. A group of about fifteen of us had a private room for dinner at the Bull and Bear restaurant - the meal and the service was unparalleled for excellence. The kids loved the pool. Had an enjoyable round of golf on the pristine Rees Jones course on the property. Make no mistake it is an expensive stay at the Waldorf, but one you will not soon forget. God willing, we will come back.

Room Tip: Request the view facing the pool and golf course.

Just returned from a weekend at the Waldorf Bonnet Creek. It was a special celebration, for my Father's 80th birthday, and the Resort did not disappoint! Friendly staff, lovely spa, delicious food at the Bull & Bear, and peaceful yoga by the pool! A relaxing weekend for our three-generation family. From the planning, to execution, everything was seamless, and this trip created memories for us that we will never forget!

On my nieces first trip to Disney, my brother chose this hotel for us. I had previously stayed at the hard rock (sans child ) and was fun and quirky but not really a luxury hotel. The Waldorf Astoria was a pleasant surprise as the rooms were amazingly spacious and very well finished.
I have also stayed at the Waldorf in NYC and can also say that the interiors of the NYC hotel are far superior and specially the quality of the building itself. It seems as if it was refitted with a proper interior, but the outer shell is still rather ghastly. The late night dinning menu was quite disappointing in its variety, but i must say that all the room service food was remarkably good. The slippers we got where used and had tiny tears from previous use. All in all in it is probably one of the finest hotels in the area, and it is recommendable.
