The Waldorf is a quiet, elegant refuge compared to the Hilton Bonnet Creek next door. The rooms are lovely and well equipped. The bathrooms are large, with lots of good "get ready" room. The shower heads are delightful! My only complaint is the price of drinks, and the lack of consistent service by the pool bar servers. The staff that sets up the lounge chairs with towels was efficient and friendly, but it was near impossible to get service at our seats, day after day, and for the price of the drinks, I would expect superior service.

Ended up here for a couple nights after spending a few nights at a Disney property with the family. The pool and facilities were lovely. Everything was clean and looked new. The staff was courteous. Spent a couple days at the pool and spa and everything was really enjoyable. The spa added up, but was well worth it. It was so relaxing! I ate all my meals onsite and got addicted to the seared tuna tacos at the pool. It has a more adult feel to it then the other places I've stayed, but there are of course families as it is Disney after all. I would recommend this for a couple's trip or girl's weekend more than for the youngins. I loved it, but it doesn't scream FUN for kids like the other million places in the area. I didn't bother to go, but apparently this hotel shares it's facilities with the Hilton next to it. The two are connected by a convention space.

This is an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, very professional, and went above and beyond typical diamond service to make sure we were happy. They truly made us feel like we were the most special guests there. We were staying there for a friend's birthday, and they even had delicious cupcakes waiting for them in their room:-) The rooms were very clean, and we were upgraded to a suite, which was fabulous! The pool service was fast and efficient, and our waitress, Amber, in Peacock Alley was very friendly and took great care of us! Thank you to all the staff at the Waldorf for making this much more than a hotel:-) We stay here as often as we can because of the first class service. We will definitely be back soon:-)

Hotel was clean and well appointed. Pool, bar and restaurants were great! Husband and I didn't wanted to ditch plans for Epcot to stay at the resort all day. Food and drink options are good - better than the hilton options next door. Location is perfect for disney world. Would def come back!

This is a beautiful, upscale hotel near the Disney parks. The lobby is exquisite, the Italian marble floors are spotless. The front desk staff/concierge are professional, courteous and friendly. The twice daily service from the housekeeping staff is a delightful touch. The hallways are extremely quiet as well as the room itself. Loved the pool area. While you are there, be sure to try a Waldorf salad in Peacock Alley.

Stayed here for 2 weeks end of May beginning of June.. apologies for late review.
Family holiday, 4 of us, 2 boys 10 & 8. As I'm sure has been stated previously, from the moment we arrived the service from front desk, Valet parking, porters, restaurant and golf club staff was in my opinion 1st class. Extremely courteous at all times of the day, chatting to the kids and making them feel more than welcome in what definitely has a 5 star feel throughout.
We were allocated a room overlooking the 1st tee from the 14th Floor... perfect for me as a golf fanatic, the boys and I were able to sit comfortably and watch all sorts of shots good and bad on the practice area immediately to the left of the 1st hole.
When I enquired as to the opportunity to allow my eldest some time on the practice range with me, no problem... half set of brand new Nike clubs all set up FOC on the range for him in the bay adjacent to mine.. cooler with as much water as you would need, all FOC for residents. Having taken my clubs I played the Championship course a couple of times during my stay, $120 Dollars, including a Buggy with GPS, ice-box and multiple bottles of water. Tough course, but in excellent condition, greens putted very true, good definition on the fairways and semi-rough, no bad lies anywhere. I was also impressed with the amount of daily maintenance starting before dawn (jet lag 1st night) with rows of mowers, using headlights moving down the 1st a la Augusta.. all bunkers were also taken care of systematically as they moved around the course, from our vantage point above the 1st, it was pretty impressive. Would recommend the course, playing off 2 I was paired with a New Yorker, good guy and enjoyed his company, playing off 16 he played very close to his handicap.. also the staff around the course were very friendly and seemed genuinely to care as to whether you were enjoying the course and conditions.

The Hotel rooms were actually quite large with more than enough room for the 4 of us. Very clean, again courteous and friendly cleaning staff always a good morning etc.
The food in the hotel was excellent, couple of nights we had a more casual bite in the bar area, not your normal bar food, beef sliders were excellent and plenty, service in the bar was 1st class, and again extremely clean and comfortable.
One thing that really got to us a bit was that there was an individual in the bar area that complained about almost everything given to him, the member of the bar staff serving him was also our waitress, he was rude, aggressive and essentially called her a liar, the manager had to attend, at all times the staff were fantastic under severe provocation, we were both incredible impressed with the way the situation was handled... a free dessert was offered for any inconvenience to the complainer..no more noise, with a smile on his face. Disgusting behaviour.

The pool area, important for the kids was always clean and tidy, no messy beds strewn around the pool, large pool and plenty of room for moving around without annoying other guests.
We did go to the Hilton on a couple of occasions for the Lazy River... boys in there for hours with plenty of UK and US kids looing to make friends we finally got a bit of a break.
We also used the Hilton on a few mornings for Breakfast... kids go free and the 2 min walk was worthwhile, huge choice of fruit, fresh breads, omelette counter, cereals etc etc list goes on, good value for money, we did the same on a couple of evenings also, again, kids FOC.. again, good service and value for money, all chargeable to the Waldorf room.
We also ate in the Zeta Bar, stopped for an ad-hoc drink and stayed for full sushi meal, excellent, boys enjoyed it also.
The shuttle service was very prompt, from the bus stop at the Hilton and outside reception at the Waldorf.. times are published for pick up and return and posted regularly, tip to take a photo with your phone for easy reference at any time. Also worth a 2 minute walk from the Waldorf to the Hilton Bus Stop.. as the Hilton is a larger and busier hotel with a lot more children, we found getting onto the bus means more opportunity to guarantee a seat, at busy times the amount of Hilton guests getting on meant limited seats for Waldorf clients... on a couple of occasions, standing room only. The drivers were very informative and gave updates en-route to the parks just to make sure you know the Stop Number and timings for return journey, 2 or 3 of them were really good fun with the kids on the bus and played Disney films to keep them from getting bored.. Around 15-20 mins max to Magic Kingdom maybe a 2nd or 3rd drop to say Animal Kingdom etcwould mean 30 mins, however very convenient with no cars or additional charges and straight from the hotel and back no problems.
Overall the Waldorf Astoria provided us with the perfect base to do all we needed, and when we were there we couldn't have asked for more, our Hilton Honours membership came in very handy, and when leaving a mix up with the Valet Parking Charges was rectified in seconds... when we were eventually served.. as the serial complainer was intent on getting his bill dramatically reduced again, simply wasting everyone's time over and over again. he was dealt with professionally at all times, again, impressed with the patience of the staff always smiling !! I would have struggled to be honest.. again, not giving a good impression of himself, disgusting behaviour.. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and complex without hesitation and as such I'm sure we will revisit, trip of a lifetime for the boys and the hotel contributed to that no doubt.
Thanks to all for making the whole stay a memorable one.

Additional comment ... We were there during Memorial Weekend, although the hotel and in particular the Hilton became very busy, I have to say, what a fantastic way to remember the sacrifice many, many 1000's of their countrymen and women have given.. 1st an 2nd World Wars fought in Europe immediately come to mind for a Scotsman, I was genuinely emotional at how the weekend was celebrated and impressed that it wasn't just an excuse to have a few beers although many did, all the family were involved from old to very young... something genuinely lacking in the UK, and something I think is more relevant now than ever before.

The parking guy was really acting crazy he shouted at me in front of my kids, they were really frightened !!! I stayed in the hotel for 13 days in a suite I expected better action from the hotel management !!!
