Good food and service although could be on the pricey side, not a great deal of choice. Restaurant could get very busy at breakfast time but quieter in the evenings.

There's a buffet with full course for only $15. Do not expect a lot of variety, but there's a hand full of choices of a very well done food that you may eat as much as you can.

My Husband and his friend went to Tradewinds for dinner last night and told me the service was go great he wanted me to write a review for him. (He's not very tech savvy) He said the restaurant was much busier than past visits and had to ask a young man if he could get the table with the family getting up to leave. He can't remember the young man's name only that it started with an "E" and he called him Germany throughout the night. The young man cleaned off and set up the table than took my husband and friend to it and took there drink orders. My husband couldn't remember the name of the wine he got last time so he had me describe it to the young man and it turned out to be called "Sip". After that he went on answering questions about the menu helping my picky husband choose something to eat. After awhile my husband noticed that the young man wasn't even a waiter but a busboy. He said even though he was constantly busy cleaning tables he checked up on the table at the right times and made the visit a delight. He said he can't wait to visit again hoping for the same great service.

During a recent trip, had three meals here.
Lunch - had a wonderful soft shell crab blt sandwich. It tasted great, but was a little on the greasy side, however, it was well worth it.
Breakfast - one day, just went for oatmeal, which was very good. The other day, went for the buffet. They had an excellent selection on the buffet. In addition to the usual omelet station, they were also making pancakes fresh per order. Open other nice touch was each day there was a complimentary smoothie shot.

This was at least as good as the usual breakfast buffet, with better than average omelet offerings and some other nice touches. The food was fresh, and the service prompt and frequent, which is unusual for this kind of setting, where often the coffee gets poured and the next time you see the server is when the check is dropped off. Nicely done.
