We stayed at the Contemporary Resort. The Room was small and the water from the tap and shower smelled terrible. It defiantly had a toilet smell to it. We had 3 fast passes to use, the first one we used at the Haunted Mansion. They seemed to be having a problem with the ride and ran the entire ride with the lights on and with no Audio. At the end we observed a Woman fall and get trapped between a car and the side of the ride. We inquired later with guest services on her status, but were not given any information. Our other 2 fast passes we used with an average wait time of 15 to 30 minutes. Most rides after that were a minimum 1 hour plus wait time, with some rides closing in on the 2 hour mark. We were exhausted just from waiting in line. For the cost of visiting Disney for 3 Days, we could have gone to Hawaii for full week and stayed right on the Beach. The Crowds, the lines and the water will keep us away from Disney for a very long time. Good for Disney thou, being able to sell so many tickets, obviously they are doing something right.

Actually went in 4/2016. Had a wonderful time. I would go back. The only thing I would do differently is extra comfortable walking shoes.

It is really magical to go to. It has many rides and shows and food lol. Actually it is a mainstay of America. Despite the cost of going to it. It used to be fairly costly but in the past 4years it has gotten to be really too much but if you are willing to pay for family time it is worth it.

my children were in the high school band invited to participate in the Christmas program. my wife was a band aid and I was a fireman and a EMT. the director allowed us to accompany the band on the bus ride down and back as chaperons. the resort actually ran out of food one day. the Christmas parade the band marched in was amazing. it was worth the agony a bus trip with 90 high school students.

I went when I was a child and it was just as amazing as I remembered. Without fail we managed to go on all the rides we wanted to and were ready for a mid-day break at around 1 or 2pm. Park hopping and returning to the hotel was made so easy by the very regular, air conditioned! buses.

Without a doubt my favourite was Typhoon Lagoon, definitely a must visit, though wear water shoes!

As we came from the UK and stayed in a Value hotel (All Star Sports), we got a free quick service credit per day each. Some of the quick service meals we had (Sleepy Hollow, Satuli Canteen) were better than sit down restaurants we'd visit at home! We also had one of the best meals we've ever had at Tiffins in Animal Kingdom, through the Rivers of Light dining package, which guaranteed us the best seats in the house for the new light show (though we did show up an hour early, it was a nice break for our tired feet and really was worth the view).

If you do your research, Disney has given you all the tools you need to make this trip the best holiday of your life. If you don't do any research and still have high expectations then unfortunately you miss out. It is not possible for everyone to get a stellar experience if you don't work out what you want to do and how best to do it in advance, whether that's making use of dining experiences, fast pass, dining reservation, or the Disney transport.
