I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at the Enclave Suites for making our holiday so amazing. The staff are just fantastic and are always at hand to help you with any query you may have. I would like to mention David in reception and Susan in the shop/pizza place, they are great, friendly, chatty and very helpful they could not do enough for us. The room we received was clean and very quiet and the hotel itself is near everything, bars, shops, restaurants, the iride and all the parks. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and its a bonus that it is such great value. Thanks again, Iona and Eamonn, Ireland.

Over the past 12 years we have travelled at least 1 once a year to orlando we have stayed in various hotels and complexes, in recent years at the top end of I Drive near the point Orlando, this year we thought we'd try the enclave having read the reviews we expected a mid range hotel and not a lot else. Oh boy were we surprised I had e mailed the hotel requesting a low floor due to walking problems , a reply came back telling us we had been allocated one. Brilliant. We arrived to friendly staff who told us all the usual blurb where things were etc. And headed for the room well it's big it's very cool and has a fridge full size, a two ring hob , dishwasher,, a Hugh bathroom and small area outside on a little patio overlooking the pool , all the cooking utensils are here plates etc are here all you need is food, but as you arrive you get a complimentary voucher for continental breakfast which can be upgraded for a few dollars to all you can eat , which is served in the Pizza bar near reception again brilliant clean and friendly. Well impressed after some of the comments people had put. The grounds are kept tidy and the whole place although a little dated is clean tidy and well maintained . It seems rooms are being refurbished a little at a time . The location is peaceful between the I drive and I 4 . They say you get what you pay for but I'm afraid in this case you get a whole lot more after all how much time do you really spend in your room in orlando ? You sleep, sometimes eat and shower , we have found this much better than a conventional hotel room as you have room to cook, eat and a comfy sofa to watch tv from and the beds are very comfortable too they even ring after half an hour to make sure your happy with the room .we will be back .

Room Tip: If you e mail with your preference they do their best to get you it.

Stayed in the Hotel for a week.. Check In by David whom was wonderful. When arriving to the room was upgraded to a two bedroom. I went back down to David to inquire he stated we was upgraded to a two bedroom and was given Breakfast voucher. Are stay was wonderful like having mini apartment, breakfast was busy but good, cleaning services good and great location off I-Drive. I enjoyed the balcony and all amenities. Would stay again great location! only downside hotel could be updated.

Stayed in this hotel with the in-laws in a suit that had 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds both rooms with on suits and a pull-out bed/sofa in the living room. Rooms where in good condition, with kitchen facilities, TV and a balcony. Hotel had 2 swimming pools (1 indoors, 1 outdoors), 2 jacuzzi's, a gym, ping-pong tables and a tennis court which where all free to use but just needed I.D to use (not for age restrictions). They also had a member of staff at the front door that was able to book us travel to the theme/water parks, an ATM at the front desk and it is also close to restaurants and pubs for some night life. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely friendly staff, rooms clean, sun terrace makes a great diff. Very close to all amenities. We were in building 1 & it was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Gets very busy at breakfast but staff always managed to find us a table.

Room Tip: Sun terrace rooms are great.

We stayed here in May for 17 days as a base for our Orlando family holiday. There were three couples and we each had the two bedroom apartments.
We were over in block 3. Firstly, the friendliness of the reception staff and the shop /pizza hut is second to none. They always made us very welcome and nothing was a problem.

Overall the rooms rooms and buildings and outside areas were all perfectly fine and generally clean. The decor is a little on the old side but that isn't a big issue.

All our rooms were in good condition and everything worked fine. The air con was a very welcome relief every day we go back to our rooms.

One of our room's air con packed up half way through and the engineers fixed it within 24 hours I think. The interconnecting telephones were very handy for making and changing plans.

The beds were a little tired, a firmer mattress would have been nice but again, not a big issue.

The balcony was a bit pointless. It was very shallow and so close to another one looking at us. None of us used them despite choosing the hotel because it had a balcony (not many in I drive do). In saying that it was so hot for the three weeks that I don't think we'd have wanted to sit out on the balcony anyway.

The swimming pools were lovely. Ours was not as heated as the other one apparently but it was refreshingly perfect temperature. Not cold at all but just cool enough to refresh.

The shop is small but very handy. It's expensive, so is a good back up only, in case you forgot something from Walmart.

Probably my only gripe was the horrible cooking smells coming from some people's rooms every evening. Not the hotels fault of course :-)

Would we stay here again? Yes, we certainly would. We've stayed at the Westgate twice before next door, and that still has our preference but here would be good too.

The position on I drive is great with tgi fridays opposite and chilli's next door. Depending on how the new I 360 area comes along, it could be a perfect position.

We have just had a 2 week stay in Florida, we stayed at The Enclave suites in Orlando, check in was easy and fast, staff at reception were really friendly and very helpful. our room consisted of a kitchen area, a king size bed, a double bed settee, a dining table and chairs, great bathroom and facilities including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, grill , pots and pans and cutlery, which we didnt use as there are hundreds of places to eat out nearby. we emailed the hotel before we arrived for our holiday and requested a large balcony and a view. Our room had a massive balcony and sun loungers. And a table and chairs and the view was superb We were really impressed with the room and facilities at the Enclave. the hotel provided a free continental breakfast which was Toast, Tea, Coffee, Small pastries and a piece of fruit but you had the option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast option at a reduced rates for guest staying at the hotel. The cooked option was ok and varied daily but could get really really busy and you had to be prepared for a wait. there are laundry facilities and ice machines provided in the hotel. Our Room was situated in block 2 and our service manageress was Bertha, Bertha and her team were absolutely marvelous and really looked after us and our room. Nothing was too much trouble all the staff we came into contact with at the hotel were very friendly and always asking if there was anything we needed.. There are 2 outdoor pools, that are clean and tidy with a constant supply of clean towels. We have been coming to Orlando for many years and we have stayed at some good and not so good hotels but can definitely say will will definitely choose the enclave for our future holidays. we would like to say thank you to you all especially Bertha and her team for their care and attention while we were staying at this hotel and for making this holiday so special. keep up the superb service and we will see you all soon.
