Owner description: There are many ways to enjoy your Orlando vacation, but there is only one place where vacation becomes adventure: Universal Orlando Resort. It is a unique destination featuring two theme parks, Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure, three magnificently themed on-site hotels and a nighttime entertainment complex. It's the only Orlando destination where you are not just entertained - you become part of the most exhilarating entertainment ever created. You can soar above Hogwarts with Harry Potter, swing above the streets with Spider-Man, battle aliens alongside Agent J, and help Shrek save Princess Fiona in Shrek 4-D. Now open: the new, heart-warming and hilarious Despicable Me Minion Mayhem ride. And coming soon: Transformers The Ride-3D. Universal Orlando Resort is part of NBCUniversal, a Comcast company.

Enough cannot be said about both Harry Potter worlds that Universal has created in Orlando. They truly took us away into the HP universe and every bit of love and care has been taken to make the most of it for the visitor. This is a must-visit for every Harry Potter fan--and their kids! :)

If you are not a Harry Potter fan, you will be after visiting. We loved every second. The rides are great! Food is ok, Butter beer is a must.

Oh how fun....hold on tight for the ride of your life. Fly alongside Harry Potter and avoid dragons and other creatures....truly a wonder. Afraid of heights? motion sickness? not your ride.

My girls loved this place!!!! It was like a dream come true for them to be in the book (and movie) that they love so much. Although they did not love the butter beer as much as they hoped, they still enjoyed the experience.

I've never seen something like this... and I am not a Harry Potter's fan, I went there for my children. It is incredible how it seems to be so real flying around Hogwarts castle, each special effect is very very realistic. I did the park-to-park ticket: it is expensive but is the only possibility to take the train that connects Islands of adventure and Universal Studios since the attraction is exactly divided between them (well studied to earn more!). Arrive early and start making Ollivander and the Escape from Gringotts simulator, then take the train and go to the other park: once there make the Forbidden journey of Harry Potter and the Hippogriff coaster. I visited the parks on a Monday, half day was sufficient to make everything without express pass.
